Iâm so sorry for you. I did the exact same thing not to long ago. I gave my username and password out to one of my friends on star stable so she can play on my account and had just bought 10,000 star coins. And days later I logged onto my account again and saw that I had 3 star coins left. I had horses in my stable that I never bought before and I had horses missing that I never sold. I now know how dumb I was for doing that and now I know to never do that again. If you donât want this to happen to you do NOT give out your personal info!
I honestly think itâs a bit ridiculous that sso has a policy where they will permanently ban you if you request your money back. Obviously thatâs something logically that you just canât do and harassing sso hq for your money back is fair enough for a ban. But a permanent ban??? That I donât understand.

I think SSO need to put something in place for this. We put so much money into this game, and if we get banned, we get nothing in return. We should be able to get our accounts back. If our accounts are hacked, there should be a way for us to be protected.
Thing is that YOU have to proof that you got hacket and you cant proof it and in that case no campany owes you anything. 2. 99% of people who got hacked in sso are at fault bc they shared there information.
Kids do dumb shit and thats ok but you cant be entiteld to get compansation at this point

I feel absolutely sorry for you, but aren't there given a THOUSEND warnings NOT to give away your username and password? I understand that when you're 12, you don't really see the problem with giving away such information. But there have been warnings from other players, SSO themselves, etc. I don't want to be to harsh on you because if I was banned from SSO, I would be devastated, but I don't think you can blame SSO for banning you without a reason. I hope you'll find the person who is responsible for this, maybe there's a way to fix this with that person.

thereâs warnings literally everywhere in the game.. itâs literally a tip in the loading screen (or atleast used to be). it really is just young innocence. kids tend to think their âfriendsâ would never even be capable of doing anything that would hurt their feelings. it was a good deal less harmless before kids were given accounts on games that could be considered valuable or something ðð

You can message sso and say that you can buy the starcoins again, and they will unban you, i did it on one of my accounts
Once i bought lifetime, it got banned, and i said "oh i can buy the livetime again, please" and then they give 1 -2 days to rebuy it.
Explaning myself better, i bought lifetime once on one of my accounts, it got refunded for some reason and i got banned, you can send a request to the support team, asking if you can buy the thing you got refunded again, in your case, 5k star coins (i guess), and they will send you an answer saying "Oh, we'll let you buy again and bla bla bla, you'll have your account unbanned for 1-2 days and you'll be able to buy it, if you don't then you're account will get back banned". PLEASE SAVE YOUR OLD ACCOUNT!
