I used to do real flat shows when I was younger but the horse I rode was one of the most stubborn mares I've ever met. I don't know how I brought home any blue ribbons with her but I did, and she was my best friend

You can message sso and say that you can buy the starcoins again, and they will unban you, i did it on one of my accounts
Once i bought lifetime, it got banned, and i said "oh i can buy the livetime again, please" and then they give 1 -2 days to rebuy it.
Explaning myself better, i bought lifetime once on one of my accounts, it got refunded for some reason and i got banned, you can send a request to the support team, asking if you can buy the thing you got refunded again, in your case, 5k star coins (i guess), and they will send you an answer saying "Oh, we'll let you buy again and bla bla bla, you'll have your account unbanned for 1-2 days and you'll be able to buy it, if you don't then you're account will get back banned". PLEASE SAVE YOUR OLD ACCOUNT!
the way you are so casual about this, if this happened to me i would never forgive myself, like i would be sobbing because i have SO many memories on my account. if this happened to me I would actually break into SSO HQ

Im so sorry that happened to you, a very similar thing happend to me but on a different game just after I bought currency for over 100 dollars.
I was once hacked and i have not given a single bit of information away but they buyed me a horse that i was planning on buying! (Thank you hacker but the name was wrong) I also once got banned from the chat 2 days💀 I asked if anyone want to rp and boom banned!💀
I’m so sorry for you. I did the exact same thing not to long ago. I gave my username and password out to one of my friends on star stable so she can play on my account and had just bought 10,000 star coins. And days later I logged onto my account again and saw that I had 3 star coins left. I had horses in my stable that I never bought before and I had horses missing that I never sold. I now know how dumb I was for doing that and now I know to never do that again. If you don’t want this to happen to you do NOT give out your personal info!

You shouldn't let that get to you. Yes, of course it's your own fault, but when you're that young, you're just naive. It can't be that they just ban people and don't give them a second chance. But they can very well see the IP's, who has logged in where. They are just too lazy to take the time. The sso support is really a disaster. Don't give up, just ask again and again. There are people who behave completely out of line and only get a ban for a week at most. I don't understand how they can be so stubborn. You have certainly invested a lot of money and all the gen 1 and 2 horses that some of them no longer exist... maybe they now see the point of unbanning the account after all these years. As long as you ask politely and you guarantee them that this will never happen again (that "you" will ask for the money back), it's worth a try. And even if they say no for the first time, you can still argue again and tell them how important this old account is to you. That you have wonderful memories there and would like nothing more than to have it back.

I honestly think it’s a bit ridiculous that sso has a policy where they will permanently ban you if you request your money back. Obviously that’s something logically that you just can’t do and harassing sso hq for your money back is fair enough for a ban. But a permanent ban??? That I don’t understand.

I feel absolutely sorry for you, but aren't there given a THOUSEND warnings NOT to give away your username and password? I understand that when you're 12, you don't really see the problem with giving away such information. But there have been warnings from other players, SSO themselves, etc. I don't want to be to harsh on you because if I was banned from SSO, I would be devastated, but I don't think you can blame SSO for banning you without a reason. I hope you'll find the person who is responsible for this, maybe there's a way to fix this with that person.

there’s warnings literally everywhere in the game.. it’s literally a tip in the loading screen (or atleast used to be). it really is just young innocence. kids tend to think their “friends” would never even be capable of doing anything that would hurt their feelings. it was a good deal less harmless before kids were given accounts on games that could be considered valuable or something 😂😂
I think SSO need to put something in place for this. We put so much money into this game, and if we get banned, we get nothing in return. We should be able to get our accounts back. If our accounts are hacked, there should be a way for us to be protected.
Thing is that YOU have to proof that you got hacket and you cant proof it and in that case no campany owes you anything. 2. 99% of people who got hacked in sso are at fault bc they shared there information. Kids do dumb shit and thats ok but you cant be entiteld to get compansation at this point

Dude I have biscuit and he is one of my first ponies ever. I'm level 21 on sso and biscuits name for me is beany lol. I gotta say that the Chincoteague's are pretty fast and are a good horse for champs
