In fact, that particular store has three entire floors reserved for "complaints". Also, Satire, dangerous gases, soft, hard and rock hard furnishings, nasal injuries and "others". As well as roof garden that ísn't on the top floor.
I have loved this show for years. The BBC made a grave mistake in letting Trevor Bannister go. This cast is by far the best and has the best chemistry.
I quit watching the news about 6 months ago. Deleted both facebook accounts 2 months before that. Things have been great! The only update I have gotten recently is that some old fart that likes 8 year old girls and a fake black lady are making a run at the White House. They will win if they can intercept enough if the mailers.
Used to watch this as a kid in the late 80's\ early 90's as a kid in southern to Mississippi on one of the few stations my great grandparents got at around 11 pm for years, along with "Absolutely Fabulous'' and ''Andy Griffith''.
Funny how Mrs. Slocomb's hair colors were such a laugh back in the day and now people color their hair those same colors and its considered hip. She was so fun as were all the cast. Just plain funny.
It really appears to reflect her desperate wish to be noticed by the opposite sex despite her waning looks..... today some rather acceptable breeding stock cut their hair short dye it blue and get a chain from the nose to the ear because they have been persuaded by lunatics with blue checkmarks that this very attention might have dreadfull consequences.
Although this program it’s almost 50 years old it makes me laugh every time I watch it and I’m so pleased that Utube Is carrying it. Every night before going to bed I watch an episode and it leaves joy in my heart when I try to fall asleep. May God save the Queen n the whole cast of “Are u being served ?” 😉
This is my "go to sleep show"..Put it on using my laptop and wake up about 2 hrs later, turn it off and go right back to sleep! Just a comment on Mr. Rumbold, watched a documentary on him. He was an amazing person and so talented..has done stage work in his earlier yrs..then became character actor on TV.

I have watched this show here in America for almost thirty years now. It's about the funniest sitcom I've ever seen. The show was at its best with the original cast. Mr. Harmon and Mr. Mash were two different characters but both couldn't stand Captain Peacock.
Kevin Payton None of the working class liked Peacock. 😅 I find it ironic that Frank Thorton’s staple role as Captain Peacock was the very character he was trying to avoid Turing into in real life if he’d have continued following the career path his father wanted for him. 😁

I have watched this show here in America for almost thirty years now. It's about the funniest sitcom I've ever seen. The show was at its best with the original cast. Mr. Harmon and Mr. Mash were two different characters but both couldn't stand Captain Peacock.
Kevin Payton None of the working class liked Peacock. 😅 I find it ironic that Frank Thorton’s staple role as Captain Peacock was the very character he was trying to avoid Turing into in real life if he’d have continued following the career path his father wanted for him. 😁
