How did the entire meals come out? I've had their steaks before but didn't know they made meal kits?
I tried the lasagna and the shepherd's pie. The lasagna was delicious and I'd give it right around an 8 of 10. The shepherd's pie I probably wouldn't order again.
Their Chilean Sea Bass is excellent. As is their Private Reserve Porter House steaks and their Private Reserve Ribeye Crown Steaks are awesome!

I broiled a package (12) of the hamburger patties last night and was surprised at how much myosin, actin and myoglobin was produced. I collected more than 20 ounces. I've never seen that much scum form around hamburger patties before. It didn't look very appealing. What do you think is the cause for so much goop?
Hmmm. Not sure. I haven't tried broiling them yet. But, I will have to now.

On the bacon wrapped fillets. I usually sear them on their sides and roll them to get the bacon just right before the initial sear of the fillet

Don’t buy it. If ya do, you’ll regret it. Just like me. Just go to your local store-drive the miles-go to your butcher, buy good meat-the kind you can see-before you buy it. Live and learn. Just like me. Please just don’t ever buy Omaha steaks ever
