This is a nice but rich soip. I am on a strict diet eating soups and salads every night since almost 18 months. I have lost 34 kgs in the first year and thereafter have stayed there without further loss. So when i say that this soup is tasty but not necessarily healthy, nor is it a wight loss diet soup, i mean that. I make palak soup often. I too saute them like shown here so that the raw smell goes. But I add few cashews which gives a creamy texture. Instead of making a white sauce with maida i add millet mix powder (without ragi) in place of maida. Sometimes i roast a tbsp of barley dalia and grind along with palak. Sometimes i have also added some paneer while grinding. For some soups (like pumpkin) i add coconut milk. Any of these will give thick and creamy texture to any soup. All my soups will have any one of these for thickening. And also eliminate the need for adding fresh cream. These ingredients are both tasty and i think healthy. All ingredientw are essily available and not expensive. I never add maida or corn flour in soups. I dont garnish with cream. Except for paneer my soups are vegan friendly also, though i am not a vegan.
It is a healthy weight loss recipe 100percent, because( quantity proportion)in food preparation is the main thing ok,one spoon maida, so definitely good
I put the spinach onion water add a small green chilli seasoning in a saucepan boil then simmer till cooked let cool hand blender till smooth warm up when you're ready to eat serve and enjoy no butter no flour or milk

@@sirishavm6647 Adding cream toppings is optional but adding it makes it more creamy and also tasty. Just the spinach leaves soup can be difficult to consume but certainly a healthy way to consume.
