15:48 one of the biggest reasons for skin wrinkling in the bath is that it's the beginning of something called "sloughing," (pronounced "sluffing"). This is when the skin absorbs too much water and if a person spent too much time in it, your skin will actually begin to flake away. This can be easily seen if you have a callous; it will peel much faster there, so you can imagine that this is what would happen to the rest of your skin if you were immersed in water for too long. (But you'd have to spend *days* in it for this to happen. That's why magician David Blaine was unable to finish his immersion trick. He was losing so many layers of skin that he was in danger of severe infection)
Actually if you know the code, the rings on the top of a can of food can tell you what's inside incase the label falls off. The number and placement of the rings indicate whether it's a vegetable, fruit, meat etc. I learned that in Home Ec. back in the 70s.
The lines on the bus are also to tell emergency services where the floor, benches and shoulders of kids are. That indication is used when they need to cut open the bus to free someone that is stuck in there. It's a way to indicate "Cut here, not there!" in other terms
Wow! I knew they probably had more than one purpose, but I never would have thought of that. Thanks! I also wanted to mention that, in the U.S. only school buses are allowed to be painted yellow-- though in recent years cars have also been painted yellow, too. But that's so drivers can quickly identify them in traffic and be more prepared to stop behind or while approaching them if they need to take on or let off children. Not that everyone adheres to that. >:(
Regarding the crumb tray for your toaster - no manufacturer makes a tray the correct size or depth to catch all the crumbs. When you decide to empty the tray do it over the sink (or outside) and the upend the toaster and give it a shake or a gentle tap.
Those black lines/bars on school buses ALSO tell firefighters, EMTs and rescue personnel exactly WHERE the *floor* is inside the bus, and also where it is safe to cut if necessary to free trapped people. The bottom line is the floor section, the second higher line is the safer zone (just below seat level, I think) and if there is a third line it shows the tops of the seats. This gives rescuers an idea of the inside layout or dimensions of the bus.
The pizza table is dual purpose, while it supports the lid from touching the pizza, you can also use it to separate those pesky slices that weren’t quite sliced right by pressing it on top of the slice next to the slice you want and pulling the slice you want while not touching the other slices with your dirty hands

Even sneakers, boats, slip-ins and thick sandals were rare). Also, they low key signified a teen were part of the metal, punk, emo, goth or skater scenes. ALSO, I'd never thought the soles being heavier than the 'body' was a planned feature! Interesting stuff
Yet another cracking episode!❤️ I love the hole in the chair one, it makes sense and is a great idea! The wrinkled skin one is quite funny because I don't get that. It's part of the autonomic nervous system and I have autonomic dysfunction/sympathetic nerve dysfunction. I used to but it stopped happening about 20 years ago. One of my carers who helps me have a bath suddenly realised after *several* years, my toes and fingers remain wrinkle free 🤣 I have several neuropathies and this is the most fascinating one for me 😊
Another reason for the hole in the chair, especially a plastic lawn chair is to keep water from pooling in the seat, allowing it to dry faster after it rains.
18:41 you can actually open those little cups up and they turn into a small plate/dish for the ketchup too. I'm pretty sure (I may be wrong) they are folded for that purpose. 👍
Um, how else would you turn a one piece flat piece of paper into a cup? Paper cups you drink out of are made from 2 pieces of paper that ALSO have to be folded, and then held together with wax to boot. Pleating the paper, while less durable, is MUCH cheaper and easier.

I got a huge hidden detail that coincides with everyday experiences, at least in the US. I’m an Over The Road Driver, and as such, we mainly travel the Interstate System(which also has hidden features). Most states have a weigh station that is on the side of the highway as you enter a new state. But, have you noticed that some trucks pull in while others keep going? That’s because some truck companies out there are equipped with a little box in their windshield that picks up on the Weigh Station’s infrared beam(the little conical shape hanging over the right lane or lanes). If the station is open, but one is allowed to bypass, that beam sends a signal to that box, which in turn, lights up a green light, letting us, the driver, know that we can bypass it. Other companies have that technology built into their driving computers, which will tell the driver to bypass or pull in. Also, the hidden feature of the US interstate system is pretty genius. If the number ends in an odd number, it runs North to South mainly. If it ends in an Even number, it runs East to West mainly. If it is a 3 numbered interstate, the first number is how many other interstates tie into this section, and the last 2 are the number corresponding to the parent interstate. Example: I-285 in Atlanta, has 2 other interstates tying into it, I 20, and I 75, but the parent Interstate is I-85. Another example: I-465 coming around Indianapolis, IN. It has 4 interstates that intersect(I 70, I 74, I 69, and I 65), but it’s parent Interstate is I-65.
Interesting! Living near Buffalo, I often travel the 990 and 290 which come from the 90! Although, they're more like expressways than interstates (apart from the 90, I mean). 😊

I never thought that the sword the king was holding was sticking into his head. I always looked at it as he's holding the sword behind his head, because if it was in front, it would block his face.
Another tip for the pizza table you can put it on a pizza slice and carefully take the other side pizza slice so you dont have to touch someones pizza slice anymore
Another thing about the three rub rails that go along the entire side of a school bus, they indicate key locations. The bottom indicates the floor level, the middle indicates the seat bottom height and the top usually indicates about shoulder height or head height for most students.
Another fun fact about revolving doors (though I’m sure someone has pointed this out already) is that they literally save your physical energy as well, wherever there’s a big difference in air temperature there is also a difference in air pressure, you try opening a swing door between to very different ones.
Thanks for making another one of these videos. I think it's neat how you found out what these little "secrets" are for because I never would've known some of them otherwise ❤
As a German, I've never had a Pizza delivered with that little plastic thingy in the center. Only reason I know it is from movies and TV shows. But is it really needed? I've also never had a Pizza that stuck to the box.
Something that was left out of the school bus fact, is that the black rails also represent where the floor is, the base of the seats are, and where the tops of the seats are.

About the story "Chick-Fil-A-O-K"... it's not just them. McDonalds use them as well. Except that McDonalds made it so much more obvious that it was to differenciate what was served than Chick-O-Fil'a. Chick-O-Fil-A just made a box that served a dual purpose unwillingly.
I did not know they are using our free labor to develop self-driving cars, but I should be surprised I guess. And I loved the Penfold reference; Oh crumbs indeed!
I thought the ketchup numbering would have been something to do with batches. Like, numbers 1-12 indicate batches of 12 packs, each having their own number within said batch.
On the topic of the shriveling fingers when you spend time in water, while yes it's not certain, it's worth noting that it isn't a reaction between the skin and the water, it is something that the brain actively "tells" the skin to do (as people with nerve damage don't get those shrivels) which does support the grip theory (also the fact that it happens only on the part of the hand that you grab stuff with)
I can verify the nerve damage, my right arm from the elbow to my fingers has “crushed syndrome” after being crushed, it’s like having your arm asleep always, tingles and everything, it’s very painful for something that’s completely numb
18:05 If you don't know about the crumb tray under your toaster, empty it asap. You're not just in for a mess; if it keeps building up, be prepared for a kitchen fire...
14:54 Similar to this function, if you hold down a letter key on an Apple keyboard and it will bring up a little menu with the different variants for different languages. If you’re working on a new MacBook laptop or a Magic Keyboard, the menu will have a number assigned to the altered character. When the number assigned to the desired character is pressed on the keyboard, the computer will type the character. If you’re working on an iPhone or iPad without an external keyboard, holding down the on-screen button will bring up the same menu allowing you to select the desired character.
Pizza table- is dual purpose. Keep lid off pizza yes but you are also to use it to help separate pizza slices without touching the other slices. You use the pizza table to hold down the pizza slice next to the one you are removing, that way you only touch your own slice.
Just so ya know, the towels on display via a foam piece is an idea from Eaton's, Simpsons and The Bay around 1988. I know as I worked at The Bay 1988 and Eaton's 1988-1994 It was done with the expensive towels and stay ed up there for the whole time I worked there, and continued until Simpsons and Eaton's closed for good in the 2000s. This was Ontario, Canada
The lines on the school bus are structural, but they are placed at specific heights. One is the level of the floor, one is the level of the seats, and one is the top of the seats. This is to aid fire fighters and emergency personnel to determine the best places to use things like jaws-of-life to assist in opening up the side of the bus in the event of an accident.
The lines on the sides of school busses are also there to indicate, to emergency personnel, where the floor and seats are. Bottom line is floor, middle line is where the sitting surface is, and top line indicates where the top of the seat is.
Life a culmination of the past, an awareness of the present, an indication of the future beyond knowledge, the quality that gives a touch of divinity to matter.
School bus black lines on sides: You said they are “rub rails” to keep sideswipes by other vehicles from crushing side panels of the bus. Never heard that before. You missed a function of those black bars’ placement: They indicate “cut in” points if the Jaws of Life are needed. Bottom black bar indicates the floor level; second, seat cushion level; third, seat top level. Thanks for your information!
18:44 that little "cup" is actually more like a bowl pull the sides and it folds out allowing a greater area of the opening and therefore easy way of dipping your fries, thats way its "ribbed"
Chick-Fil-A is an avowedly Christian fast food chain (their stores are closed on Sundays), and they tend to want their employees to be converts. Some managers have prayer meetings on company time, and a worker who doesn't participate finds it hard to get the scheduled shifts or time off they want.
We have tactile paving here in West Virginia at the corners of our streets. I honestly thought they were there to help keep traction in the ice when you are walking in the snow. Pretty cool idea for sure.
Another interesting little nugget about school buses... why they're yellow. In terms of traffic, yellow ubiquitously symbolizes "slow down" or "attention." Tell me that when you see a yellow sign or light on the road, you don't automatically react with the thought, "I should notice this and slow down." This actually mentally prepares other drivers on the road to respond to the buses' swing-out "Stop" sign to help prevent accidents... The more you know.
Do you also know with the Mc Donald's sauce cups you can unravel them to a flat surface so you can put more sauce on them? You just uncurl the lip of the pot at the top and pull it apart and it turns into a little tray for your Tommy K 😎
The rub rails on a school bus are also for emergency responders to know where the floor is and the bottom of seats. So if they need to cut into the bus to rescue anyone they know exactly where to cut.
I think what amazes me most about this video is that people don't know about the "crumb tray"... 😂 But honestly, I love your videos. I'm always amazed. 😊
I got one amazing fact Fun fact:the reason to the coins having rigdes is to stop people from stealing and talking about coins and stealing coins used to be random shapes and people could still steal from that so that's why the shape of a coin is round and has rigdes to stop people from stealing!😊

I love your video

I did not know they are using our free labor to develop self-driving cars, but I should be surprised I guess. And I loved the Penfold reference; Oh crumbs indeed!
I thought the ketchup numbering would have been something to do with batches. Like, numbers 1-12 indicate batches of 12 packs, each having their own number within said batch.
Thanks for this upload on National Eggs Benedict Day 2023, April 16!
God blessed IN & OUT Burgers for spreading the word of God!🙏🏽✝️

They will not wrinkle ever no matter how long I’m in the water
The in and out burger is the place I would go for
18:05 If you don't know about the crumb tray under your toaster, empty it asap. You're not just in for a mess; if it keeps building up, be prepared for a kitchen fire...
If you have knowledge, let others light their candles in it.

Similar to this function, if you hold down a letter key on an Apple keyboard and it will bring up a little menu with the different variants for different languages.

I know as I worked at The Bay 1988 and Eaton's 1988-1994
It was done with the expensive towels and stay ed up there for the whole time I worked there, and continued until Simpsons and Eaton's closed for good in the 2000s.
It took me 2 minutes to get to the video but your videos both entertainment and learning and I love it your videos are sooooo entertaining ❤❤❤

It took me one hour
The rub bars also give emergency services a clue as to where things are inside the bus i believe.
yes height of the floor, seat height, and top of the seat.
The baby kangaroo comment is the best. Cracking job!
Give this guy million dollars😅❤
Nice to see vans getting their flowers.
Thankyou for the video of the baby kangaroo at the end, really made my day 👍❤🥰
3:35. . .I honestly thought that it was just a style, I didn't know it had a purpose! Wow.
*Give this guy a reward.*
Its good!
Yay whoop whoop!!
❤ Your videos
The black lines on the buses also show where the top of seat, cushion and floor are in case passengers need to be extricated.
18:44 that little "cup" is actually more like a bowl pull the sides and it folds out allowing a greater area of the opening and therefore easy way of dipping your fries, thats way its "ribbed"
I got so much to learn. I think I will learn more then a school

there's nothing more stylish than a style that has a practical purpose like those bus
Actually, the reCAPTCHA questions are very easy for genuine human beings, but extremely difficult for robots, or so I’ve heard
Cookout does the same thing as in and out. I’ve actually seen a few restaurants like that. I love it.
The end though 😂
Do a strangest things found in hotel rooms part 2.
I think what amazes me most about this video is that people don't know about the "crumb tray"... 😂
But honestly, I love your videos. I'm always amazed. 😊
I got one amazing fact
Fun fact:the reason to the coins having rigdes is to stop people from stealing and talking about coins and stealing coins used to be random shapes and people could still steal from that so that's why the shape of a coin is round and has rigdes to stop people from stealing!😊
The bus lines also mark important levels on the bus. The floor, the seat bottoms, and anywhere rub rails can prevent damage or harm to the occupants.
I never knew any of this until I watched your videos I have been watching your videos for a very long time you are the best TH-camr🎉🎉👊😎🤗
