Sada Williams - New 200 metres record

Sada Williams of Harrison College and Elite Distance sets a new BSSAC, Junior National and National record (pending) in the Under-20 girls’ 200 metres with 22.61 seconds (wind 1.2m/s). It is also a qualifying time for Rio 2016.

She's a very relaxed 200m sprinter almost looked as if she had more in the tank. I would love to see her and Lauren Rain Williams battle over 100/200.
