82C55 Programmable Peripheral Interface (PPI)

Hi: I watched your video, it was great, I have a question, I connected the 82c55 to the STM32F407 ARM IC, but I don't get any output from 82c55, and when I start it with the Mega 32 IC, it works. Its power supply is 5V, but the data and control input signal from ARM to 82c55 is 3.7V .It is possible that the 82C55 IC does not work with 3.7 input data
