well they were sno cones, but i call them slushies did they go down nice

I just got mine but for some reason I can’t lock down the feed insert and shaving canister.

I have one just like it. And when I used it, I noticed a smell of motor oil inside the shaved ice. I realized that it is a bad design where the engine chiminea instead of being projected outwards, does so inwards where the shaved ice is.

I found a better way in doing snow cones but I leave a bottle of fluids in long enough not to completely freeze do I have a slush drink

My insert doesn’t have the ridges around the edge. Also very very hard to lock the lid to start.
