I've been conveniently avoiding this topic due to the very reasons you mentioned, but my habit of consuming hot chocolate along with your CTC video, forced me to look into it.. and I'm glad that I did.
Thanks for explaining the background of the issue in simple terms. I was hoping that the SC was more clear in its order defining what are the privately created & owned resources/assets & what are the privately run/administered licenced natural resources by private parties, like coal, minerals. Leaving it to the govt agencies to decide is dangerous. Like govt cannot take over a manufacturing facility set up by foreign company in India on India's invitation & encouragement.
As a person from that era, Shekhar ji, maybe you must talk about whom the amendments impacted the most - big zamindars or small farmers? This is an important lens to review the laws with. The law will have to apply to all, but who gets impacted reveals the intent of the government.
The erstwhile Fundamental Right to Property (1950) was done away with Keshwanand Bharti Case (April 24, 1973) by 13 Judge SCI Bench and now it is our Legal Right. This 1973 SCI Landmark Judgement gave us the BASIC STRUCTURE of our Constitution. Yes, from this date, all acts in the Schedule 9 of our Constitution come under Judicial Review and can be challenged in the court of law.
Irrespective of the political hues in India, the underlying thinking is socialistic. It stem from the basic human jealousy. Pappu's recent rant about redistribution of wealth and the support he received is the best example of this jealousy.
This judgement is correct but also the dissenting note of Justice Nagratna. You cannot make a comment against judges for cases where things are not black and white. Today SCI manages the wealth of citizens after 60 years of value additions made under the socialistic pattern of society. There were only Tatas Birlas Bajaj but today reilence, adanis by manipulation by Harsad Methas. Today's SCI conducted by not justice but by capitalist mind and upper caste echones of few family who gives judgement. Respect of brought down since 2014.
When you talk about the 1955 amendment, the Congress pic that follows should have been Bullucks and not a hand.
The all-grabbing Hand was strangely appropriate.
It was becouse of the socialist approch of the govt ,the people like me got free education till my graduation and there after additionsl education thst match me to work in current position
But who will implement the order? We are victim of forced take over of land by the then CHIEF MINISTER DR.BIDHAN CHANDRA ROY AND ONE ICS OFFICER WITHOUT CONSIDERATION OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OR ANY COMPENSATION SOME TIME IN THE YEAR 1956 AND MY PETITION PENDING BEFORE PRESIDENCY COMMISSIONER OF GOVT OF WEST BENGAL.Ack received but without any response. Each and every thing is happening in a arbitrary manner and way.
Their is so need to turn clock back on right to property which even sensible janta govt took away by 44th amendment, I don't know whether modi govt has audacity to do it after adnai ambani jibe. But like any other fr of life, dignity, work. Owning property is essential to individual liberty
You're doing a fantastic job! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
I will indulge in some whataboutery now - What kind of property rights do the people of Dharavi have or the people of trial regions in Jharkhand?
Do the people in Dharavi own land deeds of the land they stay on? Then their rights must remain the same as everyone else. If they are squatters, then they can pray for leniency, but not claim rights!
Need to cut the hand movements
A long one, with a lot of hard work and investment of time, but at the end it’s unclear to me what the judgement says. Are the citizens better off, worse? What?
sometimes shekhar has to di things he doesn't want to do. its okay
Would this not water down the Waqf order, Considering that is govt. Telling one party your land is waqf land. If govt. cannot tell a citizen to give up their land to another group.
How can you _ play innocent. You didn't know what your communist war on India destroyed India and kept it strangulated economically and socially with hands and feet tied and fighting the world and the Anti nationals inside. 😂 Vande Mataram
11 year modinomics were the worst years for indian economy
Make a video on the waqf and its land grabbing.
सौ चूहे खाके, बिल्ली चली हज.....
This is how congress is coming accross as when they say they are fighting to save the constitution.
Btw, dont remember any episode on k'natak waqf land row or abt various scams getting unearthed there.
While BJP can and does criticize the Congress and the Nehru Gandhi family, in their actions and statements they want the exact same things especially Modi and Nitin Gadkari are of Nehruvian ideology in deed if not in name
This manuwadi think.. Fuedel system zamindari system was good..
Gunja communist
Gobar eater andh bhakth
good episode. However, I ask, why no episode on Waqf yet as so many issues came up regarding it in Karnataka with farmers land being notified as Waqf. finally, it's ironic that so called liberal open minded leader like Nehru curtained freedom of speech, ownership right and nationalized companies while leaving their favorite companies in private hands.
Awk
Citizens should have the right to pollution-free air. We need to penalize all the entities that are responsible for the severe air pollution.
😂😂 again a commie idea 😂...so if tomorrow china does pollution in Tibet and how will downstream india does prosecution
@
You halt Chinese imports, they will find a way to fix the problem
We already have decent pollution laws, way better than what China. What we don't have are honest government employees who will implement it ruthlessly. Question is how do we staff government departments with honest employees?
@@nv9991
We will always have sloppy gov employees. But the rate of health damage mostly among kids is alarming. How long are we going to sleep on the issue?
Now we can have old houses in the middle of big highways just like in China
This is exactly what RG wants to do.
You guys seriously need a better editor..
