@@Anteater23It's not as difficult as it looks. You have to chose melody, chords, and rhythm and that's it. 1. First learn the kick and snare slap fingerstyle technique on TH-cam to get the technique down. Basically you should be able to play notes while kicking/slapping. 2. Now coming to the song. Find the key of the song. 3. Find just the melody of the song on the guitar (preferably first 3 frets where you'll play the chords). 4. Now feel the melody in your head and see on which notes you would want to change the chords. 5. Now you have melody and the points where you would want to change chords. Next step is to find the chords. 6. See what chord you should be playing when that melody note hits. You usually chose the chord that has that melody note in it. For example, if you have E note and you're in key of C major, chords C major, E minor, and A minor have E note in it. So selects chords this way on every checkpoint melody note you decided. 7. Next step is to chose rhythm. See when you want to slap and when you want to kick. 8. Once you have the groove down, try picking the melody note and the chord notes with your slaps and kicks. For example, if the chord is C major and your melody notes are C and D, hold C major chord and hammer third fret on B string with your pinky (this is D note). Pick 5th, 4th, and 2nd string while kicking. Voila! You arranged first 2 notes of the melody! 9. Practice your arrangement slowly with a metronome and you're done!
