I love detective stories, and for linear game where plot moves by its own pace like P4 it was executed wonderfully. Love chill rural villages not far from but not too close to big city. Love the cast, hands down the best in the series, with underlying motive of not running from true selves that feels way more personal and touching that of other modern Persona games. Music is banger too, but it's a given from Atlus. Truly, the PEAK of persona series, as of now. It saddens me when people skip this game, because it's "old" and decide to wait for remake, when there is literally gold under their noses. Glad you enjoyed it.
Glad to enjoy this journey at your side. P4G was my first Persona and my favourite of the series. Also if you're wondering why you have a low playtime compare to P5 or P3, if you had played all the game on hard mode you can add 20 hours to your playthrought pretty easy.
Would you consider doing a character tier list for all 3 games?? (You can do it in one go where they combines all the characters from p3r until p5r in the tier list)
PEAK, truely peak. Loved this game my first run through as well, and I need to make time to go NG+. If you have time on your own, watch the anime adaptation that goes through the story and adds its own flair to it. o7
Not sure if you would or not, but even in your spare time; I recommend watching the animated series. They add a lot more details to the character arcs (Chie and Yukiko really get fleshed out more) and give the protag more of a personality. Even in the golden, which added more Marie. I hope that when the remake comes out, they use more from the anime since it built upon the game pretty well. Also, I'm sure others have already filled you in but if you want to fill in the blanks, now you can play the spinoffs for more story. Yosuke mentioned that last May was kinda wild, thats Persona 4 Arena. Back in P3, when the festival was canceled, thats Persona Q. And the next story would be Persona Dancing.
It's finally over. Finding new people discovering P3-P5 for the first time is always lots of fun, and it's always a little sad when it ends. Whether we get a P4 Reload or straight to Persona 6, I hope we get more fun adventures. That was a cool playthrough, thanks for playing!

Ever considered playing something like Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance? there are also unrelated games like Fire Emblem Three Houses. I have also heard good things about Persona 2 though I haven't played it
If they do remake p4 they better keep the same voice cast. The friend group dynamics in persona 4 is one of the most important parts of persona 4 so if they were to recast I think it’d lose its charm
