You can use boat axles to move the motors to the front. This type of plane is best to use a long elastic band for take off power with a small hook on the front. EDFs kick in on 20m/s so run harder.

We were impatiently waiting for the end of the project... You should cover with fine glass fabrics and epoxy resin to gain strength and hide the depron underneath. You have no other runways for take-offs, this terrain is dangerous. I remember a video where it ended badly... And could you launch a vote to choose the next model to make? Subscribers could participate and vote among 10 different planes. And your boyfriend is a great plane laner you should work with him every episode. 🤣👍❤
This was another amazing build! I hope you try another one, maybe more powerful edf's? Maybe some aerodynamics improvements are possible? How about relocate battery or motor further forward instead of using ballast? I'm sure you have many ideas on what can be done to improve it, it would be awesome to see another version of B2 👍

Very interesting how do you build the attach for the outer wings and the drag rudders, they where really useful in flight? - You will have to do something with that runaway / soccer field sonner or later...

Hey Julius another great build there, just a question, I don't know if I've asked this before, but have you thought about a 3d printer for making parts for your builds? I built a Cherokee from your plans and 3d printed the main undercarriage with sprung suspension, a prop spinnner and some scale fuel caps that doubled as c of g indicators, I've found it absolutely amazing what it can produce and with your design experience it could elevate your builds to another level even though they're excellent now..just a thought

@@MickB235 he would totally alienate them because they would not be able to replicate what he does because he appeals to the budget builder who mostly can’t afford 3D printers and mills and lathes etc. that’s the beauty of his designs is you don’t need complex design or machinery yet if you want to incorporate it yourself you can.

keknya edf kurang panjang exhoust nya om, dan kurang kecil ujungnya, klo kata suhu saya 6blade exhaust harus 50% lebih kecil dan edf posisi di titik cg dia praktek pake parkflyers plans
posisi udah di CG kok, saya dapet dari RCgroups exhaustnya 90% dari FSA (Fan Surface Area), emang EDFnya yang lemah, thrust ga sampe 1 kg ~ 2 kg karena 2 EDF dan bobotnya 3kg, kalo EDF yg pake batere 6S (yg dipake di F-16) saya yakin kuat, tapi cuma punya 1
It’s beautiful… what’s its RADAR cross section? Seriously though, cool build. The real bird circumvented its (rather serious) stability issues and inability to recover from stalls by using a sophisticated, multi-redundant fly by wire system. Did you need to resort to similar measures?
Actually if you look closer, the landing gear door were open all the time, so it acted as vertical stabilizer, so I have a very good stabilization. If you see new my aircraft carrier video, in the opening when I successfully ROG the B-2, it's actually using retract. When I retract that LG, it's start to wobble, and immediately went for landing, it bounced on landing, zooming and stall, it's very unstable plane of without gyro or landing gear door open

It burst once, after failed on the second hand launch with EDF, and it didn't reach the center compartment. So I did it again with double plastic bags

If he started with a 3D printer then he will alienate rc builders who don’t have one. Right now, all of his builds are reachable.

I love it, great skills, use Gorilla glue for more work time. Hot glue only where needed for tack holding.
