The content these guys put out is second to none. The knowledge that Chris has is mind blowing and good old Rob clearly works incredibly hard to source the required parts along with his superb commentary. Thank you both for such entertaining videos.
Try not to get too obsessed with TH-cam numbers and comments etc. I appreciate you don't want to waste your time on making videos that don't get lots of views but try not to overthink it too much. You've got a loyal following here and I for one watch every video even if it's not always my cup of tea. Keep up the good work guys and don't become a slave to the Algorithm!
Seeing it in the background, the MGF just sold again on car and classic auction site for £7250, wonder if it’s now in the hands of someone who’ll enjoy it, hope so. Another great video, thanks to both of you and enjoy the weekend, thank you.
Another great video 👍 Re the steering wheel, I'd definitely change it. I spent 28 yrs as an hgv driver ('90-'18/18-46 yrs old), and my pet hate was manky steering wheels, especially when the vehicle was double shifted and the other driver didn't take his greasy gloves off to shunt the vehicle around in depots etc. I used to go through a pack of anti bacterial wipes a week on the wheel alone in that job. I'd really appreciate a good clean wheel if I bought it👍🙂 No need to worry about your output Rob: For what it's worth, I reckon you've got a great mix of content and look forward to 5pm onwards Monday/Wednesday/Friday, plus the current Sunday bonus. Cheers 😁👍
Best tool in the world cables ties ,got be outta a bind many times when racing ,plz don't apologize guys bout going to and fro on projects I think makes the channel more better than 3/4 bids on one car .......keep u the good work 👍👍
There are two ways to look at the issue you spoke about. It is understandable that some want to see the problem go straight from problem to fix, some of us know that life is not, make that far too much, not like that. There is just too much in the box labelled hard work, between wanting and getting there. Getting panels and bumpers to fit, is not easy. Nothing in life is ever easy, doing it right is hard, it takes effort, and it takes time and skill. This one is now coming on nicely, after all the other projects, have stepped aside.
ST steering wheel should be an upgrade as it's higher spec. So yes to that. Time lapse fine in moderation. At the end of the series, especially with these long termers, might be nice to include some footage from the start or even a little montage. I, for one, sometimes forget how they were at the beginning. Great work as always. Thank you 😊👍
Rob, I do like the system you have developed to manage the (extremely complicated!) episode schedule. If it’s actually on a wall-chart/gap progress type chart I’m sure some of your subscribers would be fascinated to know how you manage all of it! ( I know I would!) 🙏👍😊
Hi Rob and Chris, Fiesta Black, great little run about car. Those grilles looked perfect, and only a little tweak on the fog light bezels. The ST steering wheel will look good, bit of paintwork to sort and another one done & dusted. Alex.
Rob, Chris, the ST has been transformed from when you first showed it us on the channel. You have done so much work and it really shows. I would change the steering wheel especially as you already have a leather replacement, Looking forward to hearing the numbers on this one.
Hello Rob and Chris. The little Fiesta is looking good. It will be better than new when it come back from the paint shop. Thank you for taking the time to upload another video,Ged.
I would swap the steering wheel as you have a good one in stock which will clean up. Cracking content putting a 3D jigsaw back together. Modern vehicles are very complex, not like the 60’s and 70’s vehicles I have worked on. Back then rust was the main issue.
Not sure why you think people don’t like time lapse. I like it and would prefer to see it rather than cutting in after work done 👍🏻. And yes to ST steering wheel
So enjoyed the work you have done on this car. I thought that the steering wheel should be replaced, having acheived such a high finish in general. Best wishes from Lincolnshire.
Brilliant well done guys love the bit of red on it breaks up the black and it does grow on you when first saw it wasn’t keen on it but it is growing in me be good to see this one finished and going out the door 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
It's been that long since you started the little Fiesta, I'd forgotten all about it. Thought you'd finished it and I'd missed the video. Great to see the work that's gone into this one.
I gotta say it's fantastic to see the Fiesta again. Totally forgot what a stupid design the scuttle panel is having to take the headlights out, which I remember doing the same to do the wiper motor on my wife's one. The light at the end of the tunnel is so close so keep at it and definitely change the steering wheel, and even keep the ST badge 👍🏻
Rob I never miss a video and watch them in order they are released so I love how you mix it up, I dont even like modern cars but your content keeps me interested no matter what you are working on, btw (my daily is a 1997 1.5D pug 106) 🍻 cheers guys have a great weekend 👍
The MG in the same shot so must have been an ongoing job, absolutely love watching it all come together, rob just said it’s been 3 weeks since he worked on it I must wait until the video is finished before I comment but old habits die hard, good job guys
So glad your video didn't get a bank holiday off !!!!! Can't wait to get stuck into this . Cheers lads happy bank holiday weekend ... Great roof down weather you two ! Thanks for all your hard work and videos .
Great update Rob the Fiesta is looking really nice again, The young lad might end up wanting it back again when he sees the work you’ve done on it top job as always 👌
Perfect timing! Just taking the front bumper off ours between downpours, for some paint - so some helpful hints & tips in there. The steering wheel should be leather anyway, so a leather care kit should fix it. Ours is a Red, I prefer the look, the Black looks like a tart's lipstick with that grill - but that's just me. Great video as always!
Amazing Progress on the Ford Fiesta ST guys. The car is looking good so far comparing to what it was at the beginning. Cracking Job on the car Rob. Keep it up Rob and Chris.
Another great job done Rob, I can see where your coming from as far as doing the same model of car but in one way it is still good to see what you guys can do with varying degrees of damage on them and you both work your magic on them which is the years of experience you both have in the business that does make some of the work look easy but as we all know its only easy if you know how, all the best to you both Mark.
These Fiesta's are good stock - seems if you can get them at the right price there is money to be earned out of them - one thing I can see is you'll need to go through anything you are scrapping just to see if there is anything you might need and so is worth saving. Removing that washer bottle from the scrapper would have saved a lot of messing around to and fro
Yet again another cracking video lads thanks for sharing 👍 😀. Hope you and Chris and your families have an amazing Jubilee weekend. God save the Queen. Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪 😀
Hi guys fae France love the videos love the way Rob makes his little mistakes just like everyone and the expertise of Chris so down to earth keep it up
Great video again fellas 👏 I do agree with you not to do the 3 videos on the same vehicle straight away mix it up like 👍 you do keeps it interesting 😀 and enjoyable. Good luck 👍 stay safe and lucky.
I tihnk I would like to see the start and finish on your projects, its all about good project management to be honest. Plus we get to see how much you spent, how much time you took, and how much you got on flipping the vehicle. Its all good chaps!
the master mind and the mechanic you share both titles ,,,,,just so entertaining,,,,,love to see my notifications of a new vid......as ive said many times.....this should be on tv
More great progress, and really good call on the mixing and matching on the projects! For the steering wheel (not realising you had an ST replacement) I was going to suggest a tin of Kiwi Black boot polish and some elbow grease, but seeing as you’ve got the spare, the spare should go on Keep ‘em comin’! Best, JCHK
Fiesta content is what got me following you guys! You could build 100 more, and I’d watch every episode. Just wish we had of gotten the 2 door here in the states!
Rob Its great to see this car back and ready for paint the red takes some getting use too some guy would just have the red parts painting black but then you would drop the boon price because it is not original so I would keep it red with black guys these videos just get better Phil in stoke
Variety is the spice of life lads, good content spread over few weeks is better for keeping us in suspense, that and getting all the parts together at the right price takes time, keep em coming 👊👊
Rob so pleased to see this fiesta nearly done and the audi on its way again the work you guys do is second to none on your last video i just cant believe people phone u at daft oclock in the morning why on earth would anyone do that and coming round to your s and chris s garage it just isnt rite at all keep these brilliant video s coming guys looking for forward to the none starting range rover getting sorted rob
Hi rob/ Christ you guy's do quality job repairing salvage vehicles, Its ashame the Steering wheel on the Fiesta has Worn out, I think it would be best to swap over the Steering wheel for the ST one just because it will match with the red interior as the St Badge is Red, Otherwise another good option will be to get the Original Steering wheel Restored, If your going down the route of factory standards
Got a bit hungry after seeing what looks like rather a large apple pie sat on the middle tray of your tool trolley at the beginning of the video. Had to pause and get a jam sandwich. Well done Rob - another cracking job nearly complete.
Well done you two, you would never know it had had such a whallop a few months back! Teriffic work as always. I was wondering when this one was going to be finished.....
There is something very therapeutic watching you build up the bumpers, all the myriad of parts that just click together, the beauty of modern automotive design. Change the steering wheel. Lovely car for some young dude or gel. Fantastic rebuild 😁🇬🇧😎
This Fiesta is a really good looking car with the red accents on it. Swap the steering wheel. Hope the new painter is good, as the one that left was really a good painter.
Coming together nicely guys, another excellent quality repair 👍 Yeah I'd fit the ST steering wheel Rob, would be a shame to leave that rough one on as rest of the car looks as good now 👌 enjoy your weekend!!
The content these guys put out is second to none. The knowledge that Chris has is mind blowing and good old Rob clearly works incredibly hard to source the required parts along with his superb commentary. Thank you both for such entertaining videos.
You And Chris Are Just A Vision of Loveliness, Fixing All These Cars And Saving Them From The Scrapper.

Awesome video Rob, the thing i really like about SR-UK is the care and attention you give the cars 👌

I spied the Escort in the background, I am pleased to see you still have it and I hope you keep it for yourselves.
Hi Rob and Chris, Fiesta Black, great little run about car. Those grilles looked perfect, and only a little tweak on the fog light bezels. The ST steering wheel will look good, bit of paintwork to sort and another one done & dusted. Alex.
Watching you ever day helps me with my mental health thank you
If I was a youngin that car would be my dream. Coming together well
Nice to see a film about the Fiesta again. Looks great. What a thorough rebuild that's had and you know it's been done properly.
Rob, Chris, the ST has been transformed from when you first showed it us on the channel.
You have done so much work and it really shows. I would change the steering wheel especially as you already have a leather replacement,

Top work. Who'd have thought that car could ever look that good again after what it went through! 👌
I gotta say it's fantastic to see the Fiesta again. Got a bit hungry after seeing what looks like rather a large apple pie sat on the middle tray of your tool trolley at the beginning of the video. Had to pause and get a jam sandwich. Well done Rob - another cracking job nearly complete.
Red roof is that the one in Cornwall?
😂
I like those Fiestas and Focuses in that colour scheme it just brightens them up, looking forward to seeing the the finished product 👍🏻🏴
Well done you two, you would never know it had had such a whallop a few months back! Teriffic work as always. I was wondering when this one was going to be finished.....

Rob you’d done a great job on this one well done

Nice to see the Fiesta back and nearly at the numbers time.
Coming together nicely guys, another excellent quality repair 👍

Top job Rob. Can’t say I’m a fan of the red roof, etc. makes the car look like a bitsa. But then, what would I know, I’m old! 🤓
Hi rob and Chris, great job wee car looks great, from marty in Belfast northern Ireland God bless
