    This really helps me as far as orientation, Ladies excellent job breaking the ice for me it’s been 34 years sense I’ve been in orientation! This is a new beginning! Thanks ladies🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

    I'd need a single occupancy regardless. I don't care what the cost is. My security and sleep are priceless! Being in a truck with a trainer is going to suck, so having any little bit of privacy just beforehand would be essential for my success.

    Im picking up a rental car tomorrow to get to Schneider orientation for Tuesday.
    Schneider set up the rental car and all I have to do is go get it and drive to Dallas and drop it off.

    no greyhound bus please! i had very bad experiences with grayhound bus rides! many passenger carry virus caughing all the time in the bus. the chances are that you catch the virus and develop symptons a couple days later.

    I drove in oil & gas transportation for about 10 years, then in 2011 I took an office job and haven't driven a truck since. The oil field is crashing now so I'm worried about getting laid off and looking into back up plans. Would my past experience count at Schneider or is it too far in the past? Enjoy your cheesehead accents too.

    I think these companies should not try an take advantage and Run Teams when your training a new driver.... that's why I left. No sleep and worrying... drive your 10 , call it a day.

    Is the $80 per day training / orientation pay based on a five day or seven day work-week? In other words, is the pay $400 or $560 per week?

    Eu sou do Brasil e gostaria de saber se a Schneider contrataria um motorista experiente estrangeiro....Acompanho esse canal e admiro muito a atenção que vocês dão ao caminhoneiro. Obrigado!⚜️

      We only hire for international employment if the following requirements are met. Drivers need to currently have Work Authorization from the CIS (Citizenship and Immigration Services), are required to have a residence in the United States and the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (which requires proof of U.S. residency).

      schneiderjobs Ok! Muito Obrigado! Infelizmente não é o meu caso. Apesar de ter experiência, ainda moro no Brasil, portanto, não me enquadro nos requisitos exigidos pela Schneider. Quem sabe um dia eu possa morar nos Estados Unidos, e então procurar essa Grande Empresa. Novamente, muito obrigado por me responder. Vocês tem estradas e caminhões maravilhosos.Até logo.⚜️

    I have incidents on my DAC report I am still in my first year of driving. Would I still be eligible to hire on? Is it looked at on a case by case basis or is a blemish free record a necessity? Thanks.

    Can spouses stay in the hotel also?

    • @schneiderjobs
      @schneiderjobs  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Rebecca, if your spouse is attending orientation with you, then yes, you can share a hotel room. If you are attending orientation but your spouse is not and just wants to come along with you, typically we do not allow them to stay in the room with you. But you are more than welcome to explain your situation and confirm with a recruiter. Give one a call at 800-44-PRIDE.
