    When people get to know I'm on the NONG ( no onion no garlic ) bandwagon, they are amazed food can be prepared in such a manner 😄
    Garlic and onion are overly smelly foods that make our body odour worse and makes sweat smell more unpleasant. Especially in menopause it's helpful not consuming them as one sweats profusely.
    Maam, another substitute that I use is white sesame seeds and ginger, pounded together 🎉 Great for soupy items.

    Hi dear, appreciate you for the info but wanted you to know satvik food habits are for the one who have already done with their duties like may be after 50/60 years or for the one who wants to do only spiritual enlightenment only. Because little bit of Rajas qualities are required which keep us compete, move forward in
    Life.. on a long run satvik qualities make us weak as we get content in everything… but having limited amount of everything keeps us in balance, at last I want to conclude my saying it depends on what your future goals in life you could opt for satvik, vegetarian

    • @MadhuSamayal
      @MadhuSamayal  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi dr..it is upto each individual to decide the goal of their life and their duties ma. Being content in everything is being grateful for what we have and being grateful will automatically make us move forward out of happiness and not for happiness . In my point of view Satvik qualities make us even stronger to overcome our shortcomings and to become the higher version of ourself in this challenging world and challenging people . I felt many positive changes in me after becoming satvic . Just sharing my experience ma.

      I am also diagnosed with rare disease started taking plant based food and I am feeling better. Now I am following Thendral diet. Thendral Foundation in you tube they have in person and Whatts app group diet please contact them they just started 27 day diet. It’s mostly fruits and veggies it’s easy to follow I am going for past 6 months. I left non veg , gluten and diary this 2022 January feeling better. Also I want to avoid onion, garlic and chilly. I have watched some of your videos previously and now subscribed recently. Many people say red chilly is not good please talk about chilly by replacing pepper and post more recipes people will benefit. I also saw your grocery shopping video after moving to USA 10 years back I started avoiding all the chemicals and preservatives. Its good for the people in India to know the silent killers in many brands. Thank you!

    Your explanation might be correct. But there is no point that we should not use onion or garlic.
    We are not eating onion or garlic as raw or eating only onion or garlic.
    We have multiple contents added together with onion or garlic.
    By end , no matter

    We use onion garlic only one day in every month for health reasons for their benefits. Rest of the days we cook without them since many years same reason they are tamasik and rajasik. Brinjal too is tamasic...rest all vegs are good. Non vegetarian food is highly tamasic and human digestive system is made to digest only vegetarian food.Fruits digedt in 1 hour, Other vegetarian food digests in four hours mostly . Non vegetarian food takes 72 hours to digest creating toxins in the body.
