So should my lawyer be at my psi? I paid 5k for what should have been dismissed, im ready to take responsibility, but there were inconsistencies in the discovery, detectives even included invoices for another person's vandalism I wasn't even being charged with. That aside idk if my.lawyer should be there. This isn't federal but I'm going in tommorow for my psi and am going.to write a letter for the probation but any advice if seen would be helpful
