Damn! Was hoping to see the full sequence of Shiv getting exposed by Greg after she tried to strong arm him.. his smile and shrug through the glass at her is in my top 3 scenes of the show.
Shiv was loosing so BAD this episode it’s hard to watch, now her pregnancy & back deal collaboration is all out there. It completely changes her standing with Tom & her bros. Tom’s c0ked up “you sort of killed him…sort of” was sooo well acted, it just felt too realistic! Oof that entire conversation & the fact he genuinely believed Shiv was making up she’s pregnant just to hurt/manipulate him…like I understand the disbelief given their history, but you can tell it absolutely gutted her. I wish that wasn’t the reaction given how he expressed desire for a child/family before. I know Shiv said it in that particular moment just to get back for the awful thing he said, but it’s still a vulnerable moment for her :( Shiv was trying to intimidate Greg the way she would’ve S1, but it completely backfired on her when he had the opportunity to rat out her collaboration to Kendall. It shows how Greg holds power in these rooms by accumulating info then striking. He has also lost those (shaky) principles that distinguished him at the start of the show. Jess desperately tries to make him delay orders but he’s seemly clinging to ‘I hate fascism but just doing my job here’🙄 He’s corrupted by self interest
Tom wasn't wrong to ask if Shiv was even telling the truth about the baby, considering how manipulative she's been throughout the entire series.

Oh, the smile and shrug through the glass was such a delicious little moment! Definitely one of my top favourite Succession scenes as well.
The idea of Greg dismantling Shiv is too much for some people…
