2007年出生於台北市,四歲學習鋼琴,開始了音樂之路,四歲半便跟大提琴有了至今12年難捨的緣分。
曾師事王湘尹、簡秀齡、林昀昀、朱敏軒等老師,現在師事國家交響樂團前大提琴首席熊士蘭老師。
康橋國小樂團班畢業後,直升康橋國高中後,代表學校參加管弦樂團、弦樂團、室內樂的演奏跟比賽;參與許多個人音樂比賽,也都有優異的成績,期間獲得巴洛克、卓越盃、北市賽等大提琴比賽多次第一名、巴雀盃大提琴第二名、全國音樂比賽第五名等好成績。
2019年國小六年級時通過英國皇家音樂學院委員會鋼琴第八級跟大提琴第八級檢定,獲得學生等級最高級審核。
積極參與音樂大師班跟音樂營,曾受鋼琴家Julian Jocobson朱利安雅各布森、美國Curtis音樂學院大師班Wilhelmina Smith、前維也納愛樂首席Pro. Paraschkevov等教授指導,2018~2023年連續5年參加夏綠台灣國際音樂節。
2022年發表個人「寗心之音」大提琴獨奏會,獲得滿場的肯定。
Born in Taipei City in 2007, Ning Chung started learning piano at the age of four, and began learning cello at four and a half, fostering a strong connection with cello that has spanned 12 years.
Ning Chung has studied under Xiang-Yin Wang, Xiu-Ling Jian, Yun-Yun Lin, and Min- Hsuan Chu, and she's currently under guidance of Lana Szelan Houng, former principal cellist of the National Symphony Orchestra(Taiwan Philharmonic).
After graduating from Kang Chiao Elementary School Orchestra, she directly entered Kang Chiao International High School. She has represented her school in participating in orchestras, string ensembles, and chamber music performances and competitions. Ning Chung has achieved excellent results in various individual music competitions, including multiple first prizes in cello competitions such as the Baroque Cup, Excellence Music Open Competition, and Taipei City Student Competition of Music. She also secured 2nd place in the Bratsche Cup and 5th place in the National Student Competition of Music.
In 2019, during her sixth grade, Ning Chung passed the eighth-grade examinations for both piano and cello conducted by ABRSM, attaining the highest student level certification.
Actively participating in masterclasses and music camps, she has received guidance from pianist Julian Jacobson, Wilhelmina Smith of the Curtis Institute of Music, and Professor Paraschkevov, former principal of the Vienna Philharmonic. From 2018 to 2023, she participated in the Salut Taiwan Music Festival for five consecutive years.
In 2022, Ning Chung presented her solo cello concert titled "The Sound of Tranquility," receiving widespread acclaim from the audience.
