Hi Adithya, thank you for all your videos been a great help!
Question though, is there a reason as to why you have a Quantity column in your Inventory Table?
When you can use a Virtual Column instead, which automatically updates the quantity without having to create an action?

Nice. How about if the same inventory got different batches/different expired date? How to make it First In First Out? So that at the end, the warehouse will have the latest batch of inventory that keep in the store. In need to take in consideration purchase(In) and sales (Out) all the time.

In reference rows select the key column of the inventory table based on the date to deduct from old dated items

Hello Adithya. I have a question, hope you to reply. I have 2 data.
    1. Inventory ( has a ID Inventory col, and a quantity)
    2. Purchase ( has a ID Purchase col vs a ID Inventory col that ref ID Inventory from 1st data vs purschase quantity col, vs authorization col)
I want: Quantity col in 1st data only updated when the authorization in 2nd data = TRUE, if not the quantity col in 1st data is unchanged.
    Please help me. Thank you

@ 05:30 In the behaviour try to give the condition and check the last row of the 2nd data of Auth = TRUE so that this action works only if authorization = true

    Hi Adithya,
I am learning the appsheet through you.
I had a question - how to auto fill the product code when there are multiple products and every product has different sizes and other variables.
For eg in your video we see one product name Laptop and it has a product I'd, but what is laptop is the product name and it has 5 different versions and then each version has a different product code, how would you pull this?
