They said that you cant be 5'9 and slow since IT lost a big part of his explosiveness due to his hip injury. And that is true. Look at Nate Robinson for example. Better athleticism and explosiveness but at most times a sixth man. But he lived with that and did a tremendous job. IT needs to understand his current situation. Nobody will give him a max but if he plays good and shows good leadership he can get a contract worth 10-20 million a year.
