- In today’s episode of Konversations Cafe, we have IIT Bombay and IIM Calcutta alum Abhishek Asawa, who chose to opt for consulting from his B-school even with a CFA degree at hand. He talks in detail about his journey of getting through with IIT Bombay, how it opened up his understanding of the world of corporates, why he got interested in finance, and what brought him back to an institute like IIM Calcutta.
Abhishek stresses his learning journey at IIM C and emphasizes the soft skills that he picked up during his time there. He also talks about how he decided to pick consulting over a finance role on day zero of placements on campus and why you should be clear while making that choice.
Continuing his conversation, he dives into the life of a consultant, some of the interesting projects he has been a part of, why he lost interest in consulting, and a lot more. Why the interviewer seems to be in attitude
He is just nervous cause he has to look like he is not dumb sitting in front of someone who has achieved so much. U might have done the same
He is not exactly in attitude. Ankit's talking style & asking style is like that only, you can check other videos on the channel where Ankit is the interviewer(if you haven't checked them yet), he would have been asking questions almost exactly in the same fashion 👍. Hopefully you will get some clarity on that after watching few more videos on the channel 👍.
