your videos have been helping me all the way through buying a welder to buying a plasma cutter, and for that I thank you!!.... my MB 15 seems to be melting(Hitbox MIG-250) so figure I have to buy something new at some point, thought maybe of upgrading the torch to something a little more heat resistant and this was the first video that showed up:)

Thanks for the video. Have you ever had any trouble with the spin on connector attaching to the mig machine? I bought a mb24 and I have it very tight but it making a very poor connection it gets very black with carbon and results in inconsistent welds. Do you know if it can be adjusted? Thanks, James.

No,( the trigger works correctly) sometimes the arc starts poorly that's when I know the carbon has built up.
