Finally someone who understands how to rev while tweaking exhaust sound instead of full redlining the revs whole- the - freaking - time....
Yea, i never understood why people do that, redlining the car is basically the worst thing you could do if you're trying to hear a different sound, the best thing to do is to slightly, but constantly rev it and use the sliders to hear the different sounds. 10:09 listen to the EVO X stock sound, 10:12 and then listen to it when you slide it to the right a little. That makes such a difference, and that's just the timbre. Tone also makes it change when he lowers timbre and slides tone to the right, 10:24 the sounds becomes deeper and a bit raspy, there are so many combinations you can get with the sound if you know what to do. Any other video would just be constant rev bangs and flame popping to the point where you can't even hear a difference.

I don't get why the other guys REV IT ALL THE WAY UP, without feathering the gas without MOVING THE SLIDER TO THE RIGHT

Cars can actually turn and go fast unlike 2015 and Payback. Grip looks to be way faster than drift this time around.

@@CLBorges92 Playing a race game with a keyboard is so wrong. If you don't have the control of throttle you can't drive the car properly and also it kills the feel.
Some games should be played with controller :)
@@closery For me kill the feel having to play a certain way, and not the way i'm confortable with. Only games like football or fight games i feel the real need for a controller
@@Bes1997_ Even playin' with a controller, i never let the throttle, even when braking. Yes i'm that tipe of guy. Just joking, i try my best to imitate the half throttle with the keyboard, sometimes works, and others, well.
Wow, i didn't expect the car to move so lightly and nimble, it's like it's gripping the road tightly, but it still flows through the road and curves in a very satisfying way, like it's smooth and stable yet playful, am i the only one that sees this ?

Finally I can see that the annoying drift-curve system is gone
Put of all the youtubers n streamers this is the best example of a fast street/race grip build it has filled me with confidence that grip is gunna be quick almost the run style vibes of handling.. would love to know your thoughts on the handling

Looking forward for your full gameplay once the game officially comes out. Guess EA put a lot into this one...getting vibes of NFS underground 2, most wanted 2005, carbon, maybe some little of the run and pro street (not to mention hot pursuit remake). I wonder if the old evo Mitsubishi lancer will make a come back. Anyway loved the art and passion in the tuning/customization of one of my favourite cars. Subbed!

speaking of underrated however, the earlier gen Evos from 3-6 we're pretty much legends that fought rallying back in their heydays but kids these days (F&F dickriders) didn't for their lives mentioning them when it comes to Evo discussion

I'm curious about something... if you enter the garage at night, will you be able to see the garage at night? Will the garage view be dynamic to whatever was happening right as you entered such as time of day, weather, etc?

NFS Carbon was the last good and best NFS game. I remember drifting down the hills with my monstrous Dodge Challenger...damn that beast used to roar like a real muscle car.

I think one of the things that was missing in this game is that their isn’t a little cutscene of you getting your car out of the garage. Its just flashy lights and some music. And then the car is outside.

When you increase your REP level, you can unlock more powerful parts and more powerful NOS that’ll last longer. Ultimate NOS lasts a good while.

I miss the smaller rear spoilers from the underground games. Now nearly every spoiler is as big as a GT3 wing.
