I played quite a few games of Firefight last year and enjoyed it - looking forward to seeing what the new rules add, could easily tempt me back in to starting up a new campaign with my group. Also, glad to see the BtGoA drone getting reused, it's a cool kit and fits nicely (as does that Archon tank kit).
The O.A.P squad of doom kinda reminds me of some of the artwork for the Discworld covers. I believe I do need myself one of those great unclean ones. Proper gribbly !
My son went out of state and took my dnd stuff with him, which is totally fine, Except all the D8s were missing. So mom goes looking through all of our dice bags to find that her D8s were missing also. I had absconded with all of the house D8s for my fire fight game lol.
Correcting Gerry is a terrifying prospect, but I believe the Horus Heresy came from the original Adeptus Titanicus where they only had the capacity to make one type of titan. So, not Space Marines, but titans.
Loving the come back of Epic. Started back with first edition then onto 2nd space marine. Had four massive armies and played 7000 point battles with mates every week. Great times. Then the end times began as the devils workshop slowly dismantled our dystopia and wound epic down to nothing.....But there were heroes in the void who fought to keep it all alive. And now the light of their success has attracted the attention once more of the deamons in the warp. Will This be a good thing that brings more players to the light ? Or will it only bring a scouring and a flurry of cease and desist orders to our heroes ?
I hate 30K, I have almost all of the HH books but the point I'm at, the good guys can't win, the reason, under the true mythos, there were about 2.5 Million Ultramarines which explains the win and the reason that the vast majority of the successor chapters are formed from the Ultramarines after all the Ultramarines control an entire space sector which you need those numbers to do. At the point I'm at there are barely any Emporer supporting spacemarines left, they just got no chance at all. Don't know how they spin the final lead in, but the bad guys have got something like a 10 to 1 maybe more lead in numbers, never have believed in miracles...
Love that Mantic working with other companies, really like the Gates of Antares drone especially.

Satyr’s stuff does Oldhammer right. Love the rubbery-skinned Xenos from the time before tyranids and genestealers were retconned to be related.
