I’ve been making music since I was 13. I’ve played in a lot of bands, but rap was always my go to for what I wanted to pursue. Rap and Hip Hop was always there for me more than anything. Unfortunately, by the time I was 18-19, I fell into a bad drug habit. I still wrote music but never recorded any of it because heroin was the main priority.
I’m 31 now and I just passed 2 years clean back in December. When I first got clean, I started rapping again. I started doing the edgy dark style like $uicideboy$ but honestly, after a while that shit made me kind of sad. It was great at first to write from the heart about dark times and how I felt.
Now, I want to be able to inspire and take my abilities to the highest level that I can personally achieve. I’m going to rebrand and start making music from the heart again. Not from a broken heart that I used to have.
I may be too late to get anywhere or get big. That’s fine. If being a Corny White Rapper is all I’ll ever be, then I can finally say that I’m at least happy.

Being older at 52 and raised from my teenage years on punk and metal, I have very few hip hop and rap artists I like. I have been sitting back watching Knox and his breakdowns and his personal music, which I have enjoyed. But I have to say, I love this song and it has given me even more respect for KH. Keep up the amazing work. Cheers from your neighbor to the north in Pennsylvania.
