The enormous SOLIDARITY MAP!
It is a collaborative project based around my song Solidarity, made in celebration of the pony fandom with contributions from over 100 animators!
We've put a lot of effort to show how much this community means to us. We're grateful for 9 wonderful years spent here and we hope that we'll spend so much more time like this in future with new friends and adventures. We'll continue to push forwards, as a herd, as a family, because if this project has thought us anything, is it that... we're all in this together!!

A year late but screw it. THIS is why this fandom is special. Because the fire the burns inside those who hold this show, the lessons it taught. The friends it has brought together, the amazing, inspiring, and truly massive labor of love. For real after all these years I’ve come back. I am so happy to see Bros still here keeping this place alive. This is my childhood.
edit 2 actually: okay, wow, uh.. top comment XD but really, I have to say this fandom might have helped me land an awesome internship at a company where a friend of mine that I met at an mlp con works! If anyone says that this fandom is dead, I'd like to prove them wrong with this fact and of course the organizers of Ciderfest and WinnyCity who have been working so hard to make the former happen in 2021!
So I'm not often compelled to comment on things on the internet, but this struck me. I've been in this fandom since I was 12 or 13, I'm honestly not sure. That's 7-8 years. And while I wasn't a participant due to age and lack of access to the internet really until 2014 and haven't even been watching the show in the past two years due to college and a general lack of interest in all media, this show not only shaped the better part of a decade for me, but it has defined nearly half my life thus far. Watching this, seeing references and artists, animators and community figures all in this project that I know and recognize, and have even idolized at some points, it made me feel so happy and, most impressively, it made me tear up. When I say I stopped watching the show, I dont mean I stopped interacting with the fandom. In fact, you can still find me every year at milwaukee Ponyville Ciderfest, usually with some cosplay or other memorable shenanigans, being loud, talking pony, and creating memories and friendships. So the line about seeing friends at the con, that struck me. That's what I've been doing the past two years. It's what I hope keeps happening. Ciderfest will make it to year 10, and I will be there for my friends AND TO COLLECT THAT TEN YEAR PIN! The fandom doesn't end with the show. The fandom will only end with the creators, the people who love it. And if a busy college student who by all means as part of the original intended demographic, a young girl around 10 when FIM first started airing, who statistically would have grown out of this show in this time, and in some ways even did, is still here, still active even just within the small bubble of friends I have is still here, a decade later, then it'll take more than an apacalypse to get rid of this fandom!
And I've gotten too much from this fandom to just leave. I developed my art for this fandom, I learned to write, how to put together cosplay, got to go to my first con, even got hit on for the first time (same guy now tutors me for some of my college classes), and have met some incredible people and made some incredible connections! For me, it's not the show that keeps me coming back. It's not the characters or the merchandise. It's the community. The people who have shaped me through art, fanfic, music, and just being there. That's why I stay, and that's why this piece has struck me so hard.
I really do love this fandom.

@@adamofblastworks1517 they had it online. I unfortunately was bombarded with school work, so I barely got to participate, but I got a badge for it anyways. Charlie worked his butt off to make it happen.
Same man, I joined it when I was 10 but couldn't really participate. Now I'm 15 nearly 16. It's crazy to think that 1/3 of my life has been defined by this community but honestly I'd have it no other way. Listening to this song makes me feel happy but also kinda empty. Can't help but bawl my eyes out.

Aggh, I was doing so good until I saw Snowdrop, then I burst into tears. ;_;
I'm really glad I was able to play even the smallest part in this. This is one of those videos (and songs) that's going to go down in history for this fandom.
There's a subtler but way stronger tearjerker in here when you realize: the scene at 1:51, every OC in there is those of the people "in memory of" credited at 6:09...
Normally, the credits of these videos offer some reprieve from the emotions. When I saw "in memory of" the waterworks broke completely and I lost it.
I knew some of those names; who they belonged to, what they were like. They'd all be proud of how far this fandom has come.

Hey buddy, I wanted to let you know I recently discovered this whole fandom because I had kids and they watched MLP.
What I used to make fun of is now something I want my kids to learn growing up. You guys are great and wholesome. We need more love and kindness in this world. Keep it up.

Just listening to this song over the vast amount of animation bits... It makes me realise just how big this fandom is. We're a family, we've been there for each other for the whole ride. But even this pales in comparison to the adventures still to come. This fandom has changed our lives, NEVER forget that we all have a home and a family here. It was fun to push the style in my part.
Multiple animations up at once was an interesting idea, but in practice it's so hard to see anything. Here are the sections hiding some really cool stuff:

2:44 is the one place I'd say it worked, though I still find I missed a lot the first 2-3 watches.
It is a bit hard to see every part on the group slots, but wow am I really glad they did it.
It made for a great way to have novices on board, who were afforded the chance to be a part of a project they normally would have been turned down on, and were able to learn from more experienced animators.
This video contains the first animation I've ever made, and I'm really thankful I was able to be a part of this.
I thought for sure I'd be turned down when I said I've never made an animation before and only had 2d art to show, but this whole project has been incredible and I've learned so much.
I've never hit pause on a video so many times in my life.

Thank you for the compliment on that the one I and 7 other animators were in (credits can be found at 5:55) but I would say it worked for all of us pretty good ^^ We just decided to take it a little step further :3 Speaking of tho, there is one group slot/multiple animators sections you have forgotten about ;3 2:57 (credits for that specific group is at 6:00)
Additionally: if you check out the pinned comment by PrincessWhatever, will there be a link to a google sheet where it will show who has made what (timestamp) and links to some places they may see more content from that animator. It will also define if it was a group work or single animator and if someone helped on it or not :3

I come back to this pretty regularly, just to give myself a boost of hope. With the trials and division of Gen5, the infighting, and all this lovely mess, sometimes it's refreshing to look back and see that, yes, we're still here. Yes, we'll always be here. Many will leave, but the truest, the most heartfelt, we will always be here.
You know, getting a ❤shouldn't hit as hard as this, but seeing this in my notifications actually choked me up. Thanks for tossing out that you see your fans, man. Even all these years later, we're all in this together.

Every time I watch this I get teary eyed. I'm so glad to have been part of it. Over the past couple years I've become more invested in the brony community, and I can't be more greatful. This fandom and especially brony music has helped me through my toughest times. I'll always cherish the memories.
The show ending is sad, but I already lost most internet in the show many seasons ago. What truly keeps me here is the creatiom and community the bronies have. Pony on, fellow bronies and pegasisters. The magic of friendship never dies.

Once one always one. Being a brony was a big part of growing up in juniour high and highschool for me. This is just... A nice way for the community to say thank you and stand together. I'm happy to be part of this community, and keep rocking on everyone!

My goodness. I've just rewatched this masterpiece on the 10th anniversary of My Little Pony. I've got so many feels. And sadness. And happiness. I'm only one year in The Fandom but it feels I am always related to it. I regret not joining this community a lot of time ago. But I'm happy that I still watched this children's show and experienced as many emotions from it as I could not have imagined. I love MLP. I love Bronies. I love you all guys. I'm speechless. I still cannot describe how I feel about all of this, I can say that ever since I watched the show I have never wanted to leave nor plan on to. My Little Pony Friendship is Magic changed my life for the better and I am sure it has changed for the better for all of us and that we should always smile and honor the ones that we love. It's so awesome that a show like this can bring us together. Thank you, all of you have special talents and never let anything stop your path to acceptance. I love this show, it's always been a family to me. Love you all.

I miss the show so much! The community and the show itself were with me when I was in a bad place and it helped me get out of it. I can’t do as much in the fandom and I’ve stored away all my plushies and stuff, but this show will always be in my heart. Thank you everyone!
Late to the fandom, only got into it in 2019. Really wish I could’ve been here during the show’s heyday, but it’s still been a hell of a ride. This show is an absolute triumph, and one of the few shows that’s had such an impact on me. The fans themselves are also incredible with their own original art and music. Glad to be a part of this.

I'm so grateful I got to meet you at Bronycon 2019 Prince (well, Neighhem specifically). It was one of the highlights of the convention for me and I will remember it forever. You are one of my favorite musicians, pony related or not, and your music means so much to me, I listen every day. You were so friendly and humble to say hello and listen to me say thank you for everything (and gladly obliging for a picture with me 😛). Your music, and this whole fandom, has been such an inspiration to me, and has helped me through some of my darkest days, and helped me to rediscover so much beauty and meaning in life. I cannot thank you and everyone else enough for this remarkable journey. You and countless others have shown what it truly means to be a friend, and when friends come together, it truly is magic. The show may be ending, but that does not mean I am going anywhere. I'm staying here with you and all of the rest of these pony-crazed people. Let others say what they want, call us weird, creeps, or whatever. We know that this fandom we started and came together to create, is not weird or creepy in any way. I just finished this series recently. I learned so much from this show, even though I’m 29. This show had such an impact on my own life, and the lessons that were taught will stick with me till the end of my days. When the final episode ended. All I could do was take a shot for such a good show, and raise a glass for the herd. For ponyville, for equestria, and finally for each and every one of you! Thank you.
