Barcode scanner is not the perfect way to check authenticity of products. The reason is I bought the fake product of the balm from a local shop it's very cheap and you know it's expensive brand but when I scanned the barcode it's lead me to their website. So I searched and found that now it's very easy to copy barcode of products and put it on a fake product.
I have mixed expierence with them, most of the time I recieved within time and most of the time they didn't even bother to reply me. But for sure they deliver authentic products at reasonable prices! Just hoping 11 11 wala order ajae ab its been more than a month 😂😂
I ordered one shein bag once fro their site but i did not like the quality. It looked exactly like it was shown in the picture but the bag had no lining inside. It was very soft like wallet and not sturdy at all
So i went there after watching your review and they scammed me.not sending mh parcel and not replying to anything.please suggest someone who are not scammers.it is your responsibility to check the company first
I understand and i have ordered multiple times. I can share the receipts of emails and products and packaging with you if you wish, i have my sisters video of even unboxing a parcel and she doesnt have a public profile so i did my research.

I emailed them on their care@bagallery wala email address and got a reply. Send them your order number and ask them the estimated delivery IA you will get it. I have ordered products that i received after 20 days because they were under the pre-order category. Mere saath hamesha sahi scene raha hai which i mentioned.
It was same for both the products and i emailed them thrice. On the same email address and they haven't replied. Not even on live chat even when i waited for 1 hour.i have proofs
I recently had a similar order experience but I called on their helpline and they responded me. They don’t know I have a channel or that it was me who had ordered as it was from a different account so it has luckily been always good for me so I can’t really say otherwise

Anyone can chk, please call them on their customer services number, they take ages to pick your call. And never respond on your complaints.
I can provide proof of my own experience with them. Can’t comment on anyone else’s experience 🤷♀️
If anyone has good experience they are lucky. But bagallery is not trustworthy site, they send me wrong items and then didn't respond on complaints.
