What I love is how Selena used to sing in a style which felt unnatural to her, then in 2014 she received vocal training and found her own voice, she tapped into it on her 2015 album Revival but really found it on her 2020 album Rare, this much higher and breathier tone really seems to be comfortable to her and suits her so much better, it gave her a signature sound, I'm so obsessed with Selena Gomez's musical journey, it's just so interesting
