I grew up on Southern Virginia food and fried brains were terrific, but different then yours. We would fry bacon crisp, and remove, only use amount of bacon dripping needed to brown onions with grated potatoes. At the same time we would boil the brains with a clove of garlic, then would do the same as you with the brains and the onions mixing together. You could add pepper, but no salt needed. Very simple and so yummy! Thank you for your video.

I feel that after boiling the Brain, had you shown as to how to remove the veins of the brain, then it would have helped the viewers. I came to know that the veins must be removed before cooking the goat brain. Anyway, I like your other videos too. Thanks!
