    this is a great video- i realize it's clear from which sides the organs are on which side is which- but going up and down so fast sometimes is causing very very early beginners like myself to become spatially confused. is there any way to label the picture so we can remain spatially oriented while watching? or should that not happen so as to develop an ability to key into things better.

      I agree with you @angelamyles23. If admin, could please kindly slow down and pointed more the images slowly, it will make even more fantastic video and more beneficial. Thanks for your time.
