Living in a modern house with clean and minimal lines - INS Ilaria NAVA Studio (House Tour)

Z-Shaped Villa, designed by architect Ilaria Nava, symbolizes the uniqueness of the tailor-made project. A custom home is like a portrait; it depicts its inhabitants as it shapes itself around their way of life. The modern villa presents itself as a building with very complex geometries and chromatic purity. It is located in Saronno, a city north of Milan and the project involved the construction of a single-family villa in the northernmost part of the lot.
The interiors feature a warm wood floor that accompanies the entire house in a zeta shape, concluding in the kitchen. The minimal design of the kitchen, custom-designed by the architect, reveals openings that lead to two other hidden rooms, the pantry and the laundry room.
The first floor is made up of an autonomous architectural volume which is separated from the underlying body constituting the ground floor by means of a shutter. This is to highlight its lightness and identity. Furthermore, the volume on the first floor does not align with the bodies below but rotates slightly towards the east, opening the main facade towards the entry point of the new house to establish a panoramic relationship with the surroundings.

Buongiorno, si tratta di una superficie di circa 350 mq, di cui 100 mq destinati ad autorimessa e locali tecnici, da disporre quindi, a causa delle dimensioni di inserimento nel lotto, su due livelli, con la zona giorno a piano terra e la zona notte a piano primo.
