Thank you for this information. I also feel that it's hard to participate in trials when we can't get a proper and timely diagnosis in those same communities. My doc has diagnosed me all around lupus, even with positive ANA and some of the clinical symptoms... he prefers Sjogren's, which I also agree with, but it seems more overlapping based on most research.
