Dude I saw you filling in for Matthew Schultz in motoamerica, you were riding the hell out of that bike man. Would love to see more of you in the stateside series. You're an excellent rider!
This guy knows how to take over the other riders for sure! I love how the action cam gittery and shakiness makes the whole video feels intense and realistic.
Sounds freakin' fantastic. It really sounds like a blend of 2 stroke, 4 stroke, 2 cylinder and 4 cylinder engines all thrown in together. (p.s. nice riding too!)
@@gamtixx auto blipper is an electronic device allowing clutchless down shifting by killing ignition spark in milliseconds. Its counterpart for up shifting is called a quickshifter.
@@peytonhibdon7659 I've ridden only bikes upto 300cc. While using an auto blooper, do you actually feel heavier braking force or is it the rider who has to do majority of the braking?
@@peytonhibdon7659 A blipper doesn't cut anything. You can actually downshift without using the clutch if you don't have a blipper, it's just not that smooth. A blipper is there to match the revs for the next lower gear so you don't have to do it yourself via throttle inputs. The quickshifter on the other hand cuts ignition and/or the fuel system so you can keep the throttle open to engage the next gear. Some aftermarket quickshifter systems just cut the ignition (i used to have an HM quickshifter on my blade), now i got a s1000rr with quickshiter and blipper, which cuts both, ignition and fuel system which makes shifting a lot smoother.
@@urbanracer01 Those loses are easily avoided, don't read it. I see you don't make difference between technician and engineer. First one is assembling the bike, second one is designing it. Yamaha switched to big bang to avoid oscillatory torque response and to manage tire and grip better, sacrificing robustness of engine. And than you hear this in mid turn. They undo it with some silly ECU settings.
The interruption in the ignition in some of the long-sweeping corners, is that traction control, or is it just a sound artifact? Phenomenal ride, looked like it was really tough catching the guy in blue leathers ahead of you.
this is so fucking fast.... a lot of people do not understand this.... especially the braking and acceleration under heavy leanangle... respect niccolo!
Great on board, as always, one objection from a technical point of view, you have to shoot on board at 60 frames per second,to make the video fluid / smooth 60 fps , this video at 30 fps looks unrelated / unnatural
I can watch this all day long.. Damn!

I was about to say the same thing lol! 💪🏾
Thank you very much! I really enjoyed MotoAmerica! I hope there will be some more possibilities to come next year!
@@TheNicco59 May Matt gets Cam's old seat & you take Matt's seat?
My goodness those Yamaha’s make such a lovely sound
dear god that's my music 👏🤙💪

Yup gopro should take notes!
Ofcourse he's former motogp rider
It was a pleasure to see you rippin here in Estoril! Great rider!

These onboards are so rowdy! I fucking love them.
Nicola, we need more Action please!!!!
Auto blip is the most amazing sound on earth!!!
what is auto blip ? The system of shifting gears ?

@@peytonhibdon7659 oooh I know the quickshifter, but you called it the auto blip so i didn’t knew what was it hahaha

Love that. And the sound in the corners brab brab.... 😍
On 2:25 oscillatory response of the engine can be heard. That makes loses. My best guess is regulator needs fine tuning in the ECU.
You know what also makes loses, reading TH-cam commentators comments where they seem to think they know more than Yamaha race technicians.

you know hes good when hes closing the gap at braking points and mid turn
Another truly awesome lesson in Professional motorcycle racing!!😎👍🤓
Damn Karel Hanika this guy is badass. Future Champion.
its unbelievable thats an r1!!!!!!! INCREDIBLE!!!!
such a lovely sound, nice for eargasm
My kind of music has uploaded 🔥
Damn you guys are quick!
Please give us some more! Great riding, great circuit! I did almost the same in my Ninja 400 in Estoril 🙄😂😂

probably just oscillations from the tire being at the edge of adhesion
Auto blippers and traction control! 🥳
that sound those downshifts!!
Loved it! WooHoo!... I think I even felt my elbow touch the ground! (I like how the engine sounds like a stuttering old lady in the corners!)

hi, i want to go to that track, how can i find bikes to rent? and hiw can i know when they do track days?
Great video. Did you have to ask permission to use the camera on the helmet on the track in Estoril? Thanks

Beautiful song
Great riding as always. Who's the fast rider in front?
so badass!!! 🔥💪🏼
I wonder what's your heart BPM on that speed
Is that the traction control kicking when when you hear the engine note flutter?
I noticed it mostly happens when hes learning hard and when approaching the track out, so maybe or could be the track also
Awesome! Been looking for something useful!!
Amazing performance 🔥🔥👌
Good lord i'm slow.
@ً Better dead than slow.
@Deniz Yılmaz You ride motorcycle not drive them. We can make any road into TT.
Whats that many colorful button on the bike?
How mount the camera on helmet?
00:50 i dont think i have the guts lol
who was the guy infront of you
T/C on hard work 😊
Since when does the R1 dash look like that? Anyway, amazing fucking riding.
That circuit look very physical for bikers
you'rr racing in MotoAmerica right??

I wanna see you and Sylvain Guintoli race against each other
Soo crazyy💪💪💪
why do they move the leg out of the bike at the beginning of some curves? not teasing, just asking.
Here's a pretty good explanation by Suzuki's MotoGP test rider Sylvain Guintoli on why many riders do this
