This is a great video. Thank you for posting. Just a heads up...5mm means 5 momme (Japanese unit of weight for pearls and silk).

loctite glue that dries clear. This past weekend, we tried a set with Alene's OK to wash it. I'll post how that one worked out in a few months.

@suhaylamohammed depends on the weight of the veil. We tried using a silk that was heavier than the 5mm and it didn't flow well at all. As for using the flamenco fan. I have never tried. But when it comes to creative projects... you won't know until you try, and even a failure is learning experince. When we first started, we went into it knowing we might have to bite the cost of the fan and silk we were experimenting with.

I'm sure you've been asked multiple times, but which glue do you recommend? I have a pair of fan veils that are coming unglued from their staves & need to be repaired so I can practice for my solo in a coule weeks. I don't want to ruin the silk, but I also want to be sure it's attached securely.

hey can I put rhinestones on fan veils, or is it better to add sequins? I'd be adding directly to the fabric.

Both right handed. Keeps us from making the mistake of grabbing the wrong one.
