Nice explanation bro, but a small correction, Actual Brick work (35.82-0.486=35.334)

Here total deduction is (4.374 + 0.486) . So actual brickwork will be
35.82 - (4.374 + 0.486) = 30.96 m³.
U didn't add deduction of doors and windows.

Sir kya iss main L= out-out+half projection+ half projection k barabar ni hoti hai kya

Jb aap long wall and short wall method se calculate krte hai, (L = centre to centre + half left projection +half right projection) sabhi item of work ke liye individual calculate kiya jata hai L ki value.
Lekin, centre line method me centre to centre distance calculate krte length add kr le jati hai or individual calculation ke time junction ko substract kiya jata hai.
Agar abhi nhi koi doubt hai to aap eatimation ki playlist dekh sakte hai. Sari concept clear ho jayegi.
