Estimation - One Room (2021)

To estimate the cost of any building or a structure, drawings, specifications and rates are required. Regarding the detailed estimate by long wall and short wall method and centre line method, the drawings consisting of plan elevation and section are sufficient.

We take 200mm extra on either side of the pcc bed for excavation , which gives 0.9+0.2+0.2 = 1.3
