Lenne's spirit is still wrapped up in dress sphere and she channels her loss and regret through Yuna, revealing the story of her and Shuyin's death. Lenne regretted never asking Shuyin not to try to activate Vegnagun; she went after him but it was too late and they both died. Yuna's concert is about reuniting Spira because she can't stand the two factions fighting so shortly after Sin's defeat. It's not about Tidus.
