How do you cook "Fat Sheep Stew" for over 8,000 Gypsy families?
Here’s our secret:
✅ Purchase and fatten up a flock of sheep well in advance.
✅ Rent massive cooking pots from local restaurants.
✅ Gather heaps of slow-burning firewood.
✅ Cook the fat sheep stew over a slow burning fire and let the mamas and babas add their special spices. Stir until perfection.
✅ Serve with fresh bread and watermelon.
