Why can't we call a future method from Batch ? I guess it is possible right ?

We can't call a future method from batch and it's because as batch also runs in future and future also runs in future in that case there are many possibilities that these 2 process may be in queue until infinite time wait.
But still there are mystery with batch , Queueable and future
