44:00 idk if it's just the fact that I don't watch cranial nerve exam ASMR all that often, but I have never seen someone experiment with the consept so much and in so many different ways, using the light in different ways, using lights with different levels of brightness, holding the light behind your hand, and so on, I thought that was pretty cool.
