- In today's #ASMR video I take you through a 60-minute closed eyes relaxation session where I create a series of mental exercises that you can complete without the need to look at your device. All exercises throughout this video can be completed with your eyes closed. The sole purpose of this video is to help you fall asleep easier and relax quicker. Throughout the video, you can find mathematic and word-based tests as well as light triggers and other miscellaneous instructions. Thank you so much for 500 subscribers, I hope you enjoy this video!

i’ve never been comfortable with male asmr, even as a dude myself i don’t know why. . . but i found your channel and it’s the first time i’ve ever been able to comfortably fall asleep to a male asmrtist. you’re so calming and genuinely care about the viewer relaxing. thank you for this dude. my favorite type of asmr in the world is eyes closed instructions :) ill be watching this on repeat

Funny how we are all so different. I seldom watch any ASMR done by females. The only female ASMR creator I really enjoyed was Heather Feather who doesn’t make videos anymore. I wholeheartedly respect any ladies making ASMR content and I am positive it’s great, but the bass and depth in a males voice/whisper compared to females is just so much more relaxing for me. 😭
I thought I was alone feeling this way. I have a hard time finding ASMR made by men that make me feel comfortable and safe. Some thing about his energy gravitated me in to click on this video. I’m glad I did.

i loved the entire video, but the storytelling part was my favourite. quite relaxing and captivating at the same time. hopefully you’ll continue to grow at the same pace.
Usually I avoid talking asmrs (nothing against the people who do them, I just can never sit through them, I get distracted easily), BUT THIS ONE??? YOU??? I felt so safe and calm and you were so kind and helpful through the entire video (the scenario was AMAZING, coming from an active daydreamer) 😩 I’ve been so stressed lately with exams and I was looking for new asmr videos to watch and when I came across this one I was like “sure let’s see what this is all about” and I do NOT regret it…I will now be saving this video to rewatch it every night so THANK YOU!!! Also the fact that you gave options through the video and said to do what we felt was comfortable (and even reassured us constantly) made me feel so safe and actually helped with my anxiety 😭💙💙

I love these videos and rewatch them a lot because after a long day of being anxious about whether or not I’m doing the right thing, or if I messed up, or worrying I’m not doing enough, it’s nice to go to sleep and hear someone say “good job”. But also I’m someone who’s not used to compliments or affection so I get easily overwhelmed and uncomfortable when complimented a lot, so when I watch those asmr videos that are nothing but affirmations and compliments I get over whelmed. This is the perfect balance. I get relaxing asmr and get to hear someone say “you did good” without it being overwhelming.

omg... the light trigger was so unique and effective with my eyes closed, it reminded me of going to sleep on long road trips with my family and seeing the lights of other cars and signs and stuff through my eyelids. really tingly, and i usually don't get tingles at all!
Omg I'm so glad you mentioned this, that's what I think of when I see it in videos too. The feeling of being half asleep in the back of my dad's car when I was younger on the way to France and seeing the lights pass by as we went through a tunnel hit different. I guess I experienced ASMR before it was even a trend. 👀

The eyes closed light trigger at the start was so good! I've never gotten tingles while my eyes were closed, i think because I tend to only get them from visual triggers and I keep my eyes open for those *usually*, but i did this time! So cool, subbed

Let's just stop and take a moment to think about how much he appreciates just 500 subscribers, and hey dont get me wrong it's still a lot, but he legit seems like he isn't expecting much but making sure we are relaxed so he takes his time and makes this hour long video for you guys even though he doesn't even have over a thousand subs, a lot of asmrtist only do long videos if they make a couple thousand subscribers, he just knows people are watching him and are actually enjoying his content so he is making more and long for your relaxation.
