You a right that this video lacks some kind of a comeback mechanics. When the opponent is pushing it seems that it is really hard to start a counter attack. Your idea seems just fine, with that you'll need quite a significant push to break through the last 15--20%. Although it might be quite hard to win this way. :) Probably need some balance adjustments so that the video doesn't last for an hour or two. :)
@@marblesbattle i got an idea to balance this mechanic, the slow time lasts for a defined duration, it's not endless, 1: one color has less than 20%: the slow time starts for a while (30 seconds or 1 minute, i let you choose) 2: after this duration ends, the slow is reduced My idea: Normal:100% speed for both colors When one color has less than 20% : -the enemy is at 75% or 80% speed -the color who is losing is at 125% or 130% speed for 30 seconds or one minute One of my solutions seems to be balance, increase the speed of the losing color or reduce the speed of the winning color but only for a while
But you also have to consider that the opponent might have a huge stack of ammo coming to the fire range when the debuff is applied and that ammo might be devastating for the losing opponent. The same goes the other way around: if you buff the losing side the ammo still has a ways to go before it gets to the firing range and at that point it might be too late.

Wow, that sounds really specific. :) Is it a carbon copy of some existing game or video? I'm not a fan of straight up copying someone else's work. But if these are your ideas, we could discuss the possibility of collaborations on that.
