I'm really looking forward to your RM8, I upgraded on the 16th with a lot of hesitation b/c when I was testing I had issues all the time.🤦♀️ Freezing up and not opening I always had to go into End Tasks to shut it down,🤦♀️ so I kinda dropped the ball with it.🤷♀️ Today is the 20th and I haven't even opened the email to deal with it yet, ho-hum!🤦♀️🤷♀️ Take Care!

On the document view, there is an icon that looks like several lines with dots. "Sliders" is what I call them. Click on that and you should be able to play with the light and dark settings. You can also invert the white and black to see if that helps. Sone original documents are extremely hard to read even after playing with the settings. However, those sliders are extremely helpful.

Great video! The export feature is useful to sort in various ways. I used the feedback feature to ask how to export more than 100 records.
This is their reply - At this time we only offer 100 records at a time. To get more than 100, simple go to the next page and export again.
Thank you for asking what to do. I hadn't figure out the "go to next page' part yet. But that can be handled in a future video.

Question; some of these records are hard to read. Is there an app or a way to make it more readable
Do you mean the handwriting is hard to read? Or is the image quality challenging (too dark or too light?)
