10 Alien Species from Predator Universe

- The Predators or Yautjas don't exist alone in the Universe, aside from us humans, there are other alien species that have been seen alongside them and also hunted by them for sport and blooding ritual. Some aliens like the xenomorphs and river ghosts as well as predator hell hounds you have seen in the movies, but there are more of them. We have counted 10 alien species that exist in the Predator Extended Universe. Check them out.

Imagine an Open World Predator game, where you start off as a Unblooded Young Predator, rising up the ranks from Hunts, upgrading gear, getting new Armor and Weapons, Xeno boss fights, becoming Enforcers to hunt down Bad Bloods, that'd be so rad, and a great way to explore the Lore of the Predators :)

i wish the predator hunting grounds game was more fleshed out and had a xenomorph hunt gamemode that played sort of like deep rock galactic

I really want to see a movie about Drukathis. The fact that they were even technologically superior than Yautjas and Yautjas were even scared of them. Now that's saying something.
@Konjo given that they have the technology to travel between galaxies I would wager that the Drukathi were even more advanced than the Engineers. I read a theory (no evidence) that it’s possible the Drukathi are the creators of the Engineers.

True, but they’ve never been stated capable of traveling between entire galaxies. The Drukathi have directly been stated to have left the Mily Way for another galaxy.

Technically humans are the aliens to because of the movie predators when they’re on the aliens planet

In the movie Predators, they weren't on the Predators' home planet. They were on a game reserve. And it's *too not "to."

I cant be the only one that would like to see Predators hunt Dinosaurs like T Rexs and what not. Could be really cool as the Preds would be in an even less advanced state than Prey. Would prob need a decently large team of 5+.

Yautjas have been hunting dinosaurs, in AVPR we can see the skull of one. In the comic of Predator vs Tarzan, one Predator kills a T-Rex with his wrist blades pretty easily. Even back then their technology was highly advanced, the reason why the Feral Predator on Prey uses less technology is because of his clan and the opponents he faced.

I really like how the lore has expanded and now we have more than just Alien and Predator, I just wish it was better elaborated so we could have a better understanding.
For example: how was Yautja Prime millions of years ago? At what point did the yautja we know now come to exist? We know they hunted dinosaurs, so they must have existed for at least 300 million years. When did they find out about space travel?
What about the other species? In our planet, 4.5 billion years of existence got millions, maybe even billions, of different species, so imagine how many more could have come to exist in Yautja Prime.
It would be great to see more of what is in this universe, where multiple alien races could be faring beyond human comprehension. Maybe even a new IP in the sci-fi horror genre.
The dinos only died out 65 million years ago. They could've hunted dinos a million years before the asteroid killed them off without "having" to have hunted them the entire time dinos existed.

I saw somewhere that 'The River Ghost' is one of the early concept design for the predator before they settled on the design we all know and love now,
And I think it's pretty cool that we actually got to see it in one of the movies

I’m pretty sure the Feral Predator is 7+ feet tall, the actor is around 6’8 or 6’9, so if you add the extra height from the suit then the Feral Predator should at least be 7 feet in height.

There's Xenomorph subspecies, but we can't sellout the fact that Yautja as well.
Technically the use of the term mandible in the predator universe is incorrect. Coming from the latin mandibula, it simply means jawbone. When the predator was designed it was given small limbs that hold the food item as it’s being eaten. They’re analogous to the pedipalps that spiders have. However since the creature has hands these “vertebrate pedipalps” are vestigial. They do make them look fierce though.

Fun fact: a few of the Amengi props were the original suits for what the predators were supposed to look like.
Technically, the xenomorph skull in p2 was just an Easter egg. So I'm still in the camp it's 2 separate universes plus the crossover
Technically Blade Runner is in the same universe as well.

There’s an entire comic series that crosses the two and I believe the creators have said that they exist in the same universe.

I believe that's a face hugger that lays the alien eggs on the giant engineers face. From the side you can see clearly that it's an alien face hugger.
Dude the feral predator is way taller than 2 metres he looks at least 8ft judging by his fight with the bear he looks bigger than other predators as well.
The actor who plays him is 6'9 so still big but smaller than the average predator

Now that Prey was such a huge success, they need to make the next movie on Yautja, drop a group of kidnapped humans on the planet to hunt (and plot) and show us the predators on their home turf fighting the native species. It would be the wildest movie in the whole series but it has to be done right.
I had a simular idea but in an alien zoo as a living trophy, and one vip kidnapped human having a distress beacon on them which is tracked down by an elite colonial marines squad lead (probably staying on the ship) a master sergeant Sheifer (descendant of dutch). They infiltrate a yautja city to rescue the vip during a kind of yautja mating festival with all the big hunters displaying their mightiest trophies to try win the eyes of a rarer female yaitja. As an addition I would have an area they go through with a load of broken synthetics including the wynona rider model and an alien type of gladiator arena in the city where the marines witness clone ripley holding a yautja up in the air by the neck. Obviously set after alien Resurrection

Jean-Claude Van Damme was originally cast to be the Predator and he wore a suit that was designed similar to this 2:48-3:08.

That was a hish or hish qu ten on Prey , they look different than the Yautja usually much bigger and have odd skull shape and larger spider like mandibles their also called the super predators . The engineers species name are the malakak , you need to make a part 2 video and their is predator human alien hybrids , also the gro-tye or shadow guardian are deadly their known to have taken out entire Yautja and Hish clans ,their skull holds high honor to a clan , But good video nonetheless .

In the original Predator there look was going to be the Amengi, But Jean-Claude Van Damme complained too much about the suit, so did remade it with more Jamaican look and hired a tall guy to replace Van Damme. And the dreadlocks are sensor organs
