Around 98/99 I heard what I thought was a Donny Hathaway track that was previously unreleased it was called “Another Day” , started making inquiries only to find it wasn’t Donny but a guy called Frank McCoumb the rest is history !!

Given how enormously talented Frank is it is still seems almost a curse as much as it is a blessing when an artist sounds so much like a popular star that precedes him ... I have felt the same with a few Luther Vandross sound a likes ... It's almost as if the one who gets there first gets the prize.
Yeah but Frank sounds like a cross of Stevie and Donny. When I first heard him I said to myself that he sings like Stevie and plays the piano like Donny. With this song I now think that it's the other way around. So many of us "Grown Folks" still miss Donny and adore Stevie. Much praise to the both.
