I use to walk past the kettlebells at the gym thinking pussy weight. Then one day, years later, I tried them thinking not too bad. Then I saw Pavel on Rogan, was so impressed I quit the gym and bought me some kettlebells. I feel better at 51 than at 41.

Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

+Marimuthu M, Gail Owens 1972 is right. Start with 8 kilos. you'll get sick of that in a few days - a week, and then go to 12 or 16 kilos. Don't worry, one can't have too many kettlebells. You'll always have use for the lighter ones as you go heavier. There are so many ways to abuse yourself with a small weight. They are not crushingly expensive if you buy new ones once in a while. After you've got 2, 3 or 4, you start to double the lighter ones up, so you can do two handed moves. You'll only be buying them quickly early on. Over time, it will slow down.
By the way, Marimuthu, good on you for trying to jump in and get your point across. It can't be easy. I don't know what I would do if I had to ask something of someone in a different language. I'd go nuts if I didn't have it down - if I wasn't good at it.
      You have guts.
I'm sure you're whipping kettlebells around like toys by now (I just noticed how old these posts are, and I feel like an idiot).
