He's spot on about this issue for people Reverse Engineering or doing signal analysis. I found this video while trying to learn how to use the Clock Recovery MM block in GNU Radio. While I am sure I can make that block work, it's not the quickest way to solve my problem. For packet analysis work, this is much better.
