- In January 2024 we finally ventured back into Europe after 4 years of staying in the UK. We decided to visit the Medieval city of Ghent and discover the history, the architecture and delve into the beer culture Belgium has to offer.

We enjoyed seeing how you got to Ghent from where you live. Always wanted to take the train though the tunnel. Enjoyed your exploration though this beautiful city too. The "Trollekelder" looked like a fun place! Beautiful Cathedral and we'll be looking forward to the tour. Gravensteen Castle was stunning and are looking forward to hearing about the drunken final siege! Beautiful quick tour and we're looking forward to more!

You know, we lived in Mons for 3 years. We know Belgium very well (obviously), but we only went to Gent a couple of times and never really explored it. Taking the train would be amazing. The city looks really intriguing …the bar you stopped at for a beer was really cool. Love the graffiti art in the alley way…very creative people! I love the buildings by the water and the sky was so beautiful. Thank you for the lovely tour, I love it! 👍😊🇨🇦

Fantastic tour of Ghent. Great architecture but I was quite taken with the toy museum and the graffiti alley which seems a great idea to deter unwanted graffiti elsewhere. Definitely an underrated place to visit.
