Jarrett Wattenburger I know, it's great seeing a very minimal amount of americans too. It's still a shame that Paul is still a typical american that puts the american's city/state instead of just the country, while he only puts the country for other people. I can understand putting in the state + country, but he literally just put "San Francisco" for one of them...he's just another typical american in that way.

Kosovo is a de-facto state; its not part of Serbia, but it isn't independent either because other countries are still deciding whether it should be or not. Just speaking from a neutral point of view, I'm not from there or anywhere near the Balkan countries (and I know there is a lot on hate between those countries after the ottomans) but let's just wait and see what it will officially become instead of fighting over it, yes?

Kosovo had the right to secede from 1974 to 1990 by the Serbian constitution.
After that they lost all legal rights to secession. In 1999 they started an armed insurgency, NATO helped them out. In 2004 violence broke out against Serbs, where ~1000 houses and 40 medieval churches were burned, and large numbers of Serbs fled for their lives. In 2008 they unilaterally declared independence, breaking the UN security council resolution 1244 which ended the conflict in 1999, EXPLICITLY stated that Kosovo has the right to self governance and autonomy, as a part of Serbia. However, Serbia was prohibited from stationing military personnel within 5 km of Kosovo.
I hope this gets resolved, and Serbia gets to keep areas populated with Serbs and old cultural heritage sites as enclaves/exclaves.
I hope that Serbia doesn't cave in to unjust pressure and give up the areas of Kosovo that have Serbs and Serbian churches and enclaves.
Because Serbia is not a carpet (rug) from Usak, Kosovo is not a silk cushion from Bursa, Serbia is not a bowl of rice which any crow can eat up when it likes.
